  I had the greatest experience working with Claudia Kim and Cherry Creek mortgage. We had past experiences with Claudia and they were equally amazing and stress free. We just refinanced our mortgage with Cherry Creek. Claudia was very clear, patient and precise in explaining the process. She was very understanding of my night shift work schedule. Never rushed me through the process. We got a great deal on interest rate and we are saving considerable amount of money every month.   I dealt with Claudia Kim, years ago, after having gotten a "Subprime Loan", from Freddie Mac. I wanted to refi my 8.75% interest rate. The government put a 2,000 penalty fee on anyone who refinanced. Claudia had refied a close friend of mine, with great results. I went with my friend's recommendation, and got refinancing that helped me save thousands of dollars. I highly recommend Claudia Kim. She is professional, kind, caring, and knowledgeable in her field.

  Just finished up with our refinance loan with Claudia Kim of Cherry Creek Mortgage. It was a pretty cut and dry process. Provided info as needed, got it done sooner than expected. Very pleased with the outcome !!! Would highly recommend to anyone looking to apply for a loan or do a refinance. This will be my fourth loan in a 20 years time frame.
