  I have bought several properties in the past and have also done several refinances over the years and this recent home purchase was the smoothest I've experienced so far thanks to Drew Brenner. Of course when I decided to purchase my house I contacted more than one mortgage company to get the best bang for the buck. It came down to two and they were both offering the same rate. At first, Drew's numbers appeared to be a little higher than the other estimate which made me lean to the other company right away. But after comparing them very closely, I realized that Drew had been much more thorough and realistic with the estimates when you looked at them line by line. That is very important when you are really needing your bottom line to be as close possible to what your will actually have to pay out after you close. Over the years, buying and refinancing has become more cumbersome with each passing year, so you would think this would be my most stressful transaction. But it was actually the least stressful I can honestly say. It felt as if Drew was one step ahead throughout every phase of the process. He had me prepared well in advance of anything I would need and I'm forever grateful to him for making this home purchase such a great experience. Drew's attention to every detail and response time was incredible.

  When looking for a home it was hard to get a house that my wife and I wanted where the seller would take a VA loan. We were told that VA loans took too long. And, in the Dallas market (pre-covid) sellers could reject them for conventional loans -over asking. After about 2 years of this we were going to go with a conventional loan, but our realtor told us that Drew could get VA loans closed in 25 days which is the same as conventional. Drew was able to convince the seller's realer that he could get it done so, we finally got an offer accepted. Drew was a man of his word and carried us (first time buyers) through the process. He answered every question multiple times, and always answered his phone or called us back within the hour. He did everything he said he'd do, got us a great rate, and closed on time. His service didn't change after we closed and was the exact same way when we called him with questions.

  I can't say enough great things about, Drew Brenner. From my and my wife’s perspective, getting a mortgage is the most stressful process we will experience. I can tell you with complete honesty that Drew made it stress-free. He called us any time something arose that needed attention and when he was unable to answer the phone when we called he was very quick to call us back. The thing that stands out the most to me is that he never showed any frustration when answering our questions and we had a lot of them. His demeanor and attitude was always upbeat and he always seemed ready and willing to help us overcome any questions or concerns.
