  I had such a great experience as a first time homebuyer with Sara and her team. She and Kayla were on top of things and kept the process moving right along. My initial searches were for condos, but then I was able to qualify for a single family residence, and even with that change they made sure I was updated regularly on the status of my loan. I will definitely be referring anyone I know to them whose looking for a mortgage lender.

  WBM is a great place to do business. Sara, Kayla, Becky, and Laurie were all fantastic throughout the process. The ladies made sure I was kept abreast of what was going on communicated what was needed paystubs, tax paperwork, insurance etc. Sara was unbelievable she was understanding, honest and direct.
