I think the best part about working with is she and her company are the only ones that didn’t ask for so many documents.   We had an incredible experience with Kelsey! She went above and beyond and worked closely with our realtor every step of the way. She was very responsive with returning phone calls, and the online portal she had set up for document uploads and signatures was extremely easy to use. With the housing market being so crazy, she helped us get an edge over other offers by making a personal call to the sellers' agent to tell them that we were a good offer AND that we could close quickly. She delivered on a quick close and the entire staff on her team were very personable and professional. If in the future we ever look to purchase another home, we will definitely be calling Kelsey!
