  Caleb was the worst. This is our first time buying a house so of course we're going to have alot of questions. We seemed like more of a burden than a customer. I had to keep asking what else do you need from us, what else do we need to do, what's the next step. He was not informative at all. He had a whole month to get things situated but wants to ask for more paperwork on the day we close. I would never recommend this place to anyone. Buying a home is supposed to be exciting and he robbed us of that experience. Never go here.

  Everyone was GREAT… from Dan, to Allie, and anyone else I failed to mention. I always had every question answered and was never in doubt as to what was happening next in the process. I was especially impressed to deal with folks who actually cared enough to spend a moment of their time to understand the unique position of a business owners finances…. Un-like the big commercialized entities. THANK YOU DAN and team members for your hard work and determination to treat your clientel as you would wish to be treated.

  We had a great experience with Craig and his team , outstanding customer service, our refinance took longer that normal because of covid-19, but they were able to close our loan on a great rate. From day one Craig was very confident that they could close our loan and he stood by his words which it gave us a peace of mind from day one that we started working with them. Outstanding customer service and trustworthy , have already referred them to our friends which they were able to help out and close their loan and will continue to refer them.   Had a great experience with JD Hager! He was super awesome to work with! He was very responsive, patient and friendly. He was very organized which helped a lot too. He stayed on top of everything to make sure we were on track. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience!

  Terrible doing business with. Will help you out if they think they are getting your business. But if not they will not respond back to you. This is not a way to do business. Slap us with a billed and never even meationing to you that you are going to get billed for it. Will never reach to them again for anything. Avoid Avoid Avoid.
