  Jacob and his team are purely professional and know how to get things done. They were able to get the lowest of the lowest rates than any other Lenders and were able to get the required approvals ahead of time. We were able to close on the house in a timely manner and with ease. Whenever I had any doubts or confusion regarding the numbers, Jacob was knowledgeable to answer all the doubts and clear up the issues. I would highly recommend Jacob and his to any one who is looking to buy a house.

  Ryan and Becky were tremendous in our first home buying experience. They were patient in explaining all of our questions and did so in a way that was easy to understand. They were prompt to reply in a timely fashion and were very professional throughout. My highest recommendation!

  Tatiana Wall was professional, patient, courteous and knowledgeable - it was a pleasure working with her to buy a new home. Because of some issues with the appraisal, there was an extension of time for closing but Tatiana kept me posted on developments and remained positive.

  We attempted to work with Alex. He has poor communication skills, will speak with your realtor before talking to you, has trouble understanding paperwork you send him, the preapproval amount seems to change hourly. We sat at a showing appointment only to find out Alex hadn't let us know the preapproval amount had changed. Once again, he contacted the realtor and was supposed to contact us but didn't. The second showing was canceled because Alex failed to contact us about changes. We are working with a different lender at a different company and already things are progressing and communication is awesome. I do not recommend this company.

  Great Western home loans are the best. I have worked with them for over a year almost two. Worked with at least 8 loan officers. They’ve close all my deals. Without a hitch. They are Professional, tell it like it is, and explains everything to my clients. They are diligent, organized and assertive. They are excellent on follow up.Close on time. Never had to extend a close date because of them. They usually always beat the Competition on the fees and service. They are a winner. That’s been my experience with Great Western.

  I just finished my worst experience ever with a company. Jon Thibault contacted me to offer me to refinance my mortgage (currently handled by a different loan company) in order to get lower interest rates. Everything sounded perfect and beneficial to me. As soon as I signed the pre- approval on June 2nd, the process for the final approval started. Three months later, after providing all necessary documents on the same day of all requests, it is still not finalized. And every month, he would send me a new loan estimate charging me more fees (I already paid an estimate of $600). When I received the latest loan estimate, the fees jumped over $2000. I decided to reach out to him to see why this is happening, he told me that is something that they need to do when a loan is not closed within a month. I expressed my concern with this, stating that it is fair that I have to be paying all those fees when I have been proving everything on time. That all these delays are not coming from my side and that at this point it is not beneficial for me to be spending more money month after month to close this loan. Therefore, I was not interested to continue with the loan. His reply was “I understand.” Thats it. After me investing my money and a lot of time fulfilling all their requests, this is what I get from them. I still cannot believe it. I have never felt more disappointed and disrespected by a company that this. It is extremely heartbreaking to be treated as a simple transaction, specially in moments like this with all the pandemic situation. I DO NOT recommend this company at all. Invest your time and money somewhere else.

  Chad and Nicki and Corey were nice and helpful and helped with whatever I needed. Great customer service. The policies and regulations of the company and higher ups tho are a joke. Maybe it’s because of how the market is right now, because you’d be dumb to not jump on a 40% equity return as collateral

  We had a good experience with GW. They helped us close our loan in less than a month. Our sales officer Abhimanyu Bhatt was excellent, he helped us a lot to move our loan smoothly.

  Great service and very knowledgeable. Explained everything more than once to make sure I (first time home buyer) understood every step of the process. Only thing that i did not like was the amount of time it took to close. About a month and a half. Other than that everything was perfect.

  HORRIBLE & VERY SHADY BUSINESS PRACTICES! DO NOT USE THIS MORTGAGE COMPANY! We had multiple unnecessary delays during which time our mortgage broker, Will S., continued to lie about when we were actually going to close. The final straw was when we were told that our loan would close worst-case scenario on Wednesday 8/26, at which time we signed a contract extension with the seller that stated we would give up our $5k earnest money if we weren't closed by Wednesday (this is after already extending for two weeks), so the following day I get more run around about our closing once again being moved back - this time until SEPTEMBER 3RD! We had a 'manager' (Corey Allen) give us a call and he couldn't provide a straight answer as to why we were constantly lied to about our closing and why our Loan Rep mixed up several very important details with our loan, instead, the 'manager' continued to deflect by saying "There are always two sides to every story...", so he was essentially passing blame onto us. Additionally, he scoffed at the idea that we would be able to close any quicker if we chose to go with a new lender, adding the statement "..you won't close for another 30-45 days if you go elsewhere, so let's get this wrapped up and we will have you closed on September 3rd.." ..... We are now closing on 8/24 with a completely different lender and our mortgage payment decreased by $500/month literally. Additionally, they tried to add the entire year of property taxes onto our cash to closing requirement when we should have only been responsible for 3-4 months of taxes for the remainder of the year. From start to firing them, this process has been one shady experience after another, but these guys clearly KNOW IT ALL and they will certainly let you know as much, as well. Problem is that they don't know their a$$ from a hole in the ground. Fortunately, I found this out prior to completing my loan with GW Loans. Take my advice and run for the hills if you're thinking of using this company because they are shady and you will feel like you were just fleeced by a used car salesman if you even attempt to use their service. Other than all of that, I guess they are great! (**sarcasm**) .... If I could give zero stars I most certainly would do so. Thanks, Will Smith & Corey Allen, for nothing! ;)
