  I hate to leave bad reviews, but I’m frustrated. We built our WRH last year, closing in August 2021. Construction timelines were a nightmare, and there were several things missing from our home upon closing. However, we gave a lot of grace because of COVID, supply chain issues and staff shortages. A LOT of grace. But one area that just cannot be ignored is the range hood and duct over in our kitchen. We decided to upgrade our kitchen to the “gourmet” plan that WRH offered. Along with this upgrade, we chose a stainless steel range hood to complete the look. We spent several thousands of dollars for this upgrade and this range hood. We then operated with an exposed range hood duct for SIX MONTHS after moving in because WRH did not have all the necessary parts to complete our install. The wrong part was ordered/sent at least four separate times. Finally, we get the duct cover installed yesterday and this was the final product. An I’ll fitting, poorly put together embarrassment of a duct cover to go in our “gourmet” kitchen. I am floored by how sloppy this looks and was told that because of my ceiling height this was the best that could be done, as if they didn’t have the exact measurements of my ceiling ahead of time to know whether this option would fit in my kitchen. Why offer something to a customer as an option if you’re not certain you can execute and deliver?! Bottom line is this, with the amount of issues we have had with several of our selections coming out subpar (don’t get me started on the master shower tile work) your best bet if you build with them would be to forgo their upgrades and have a contractor do them later for cheaper and hopefully better quality.

  We had our home built in La Paloma and while it took awhile due to Covid and the shortage of supplies due to the Pandemic I think the William Ryan Homes Team did an excellent Job. Debra our sales rep was always keeping us informed and would even answer my text when she was off and not working. Jered the Contractor has also went above and beyond with helping as questions arose and things needed to be done. There were a few things that were not completed prior to the closing but again Jered has been in touch and continually works with me to coordinate the different specialties needed to complete the task at hand. If I were to sale my home and move, I would definitely use William Ryan Homes again, if they were building in the neighborhood I would be moving into.

  I purchased the model home and completed a walk through with no documentation. After I moved in nothing was completed that was discussed. Some of the items were completed after many requests and follow-up but many things were not. I received the response "you purchased the home as is." I understand that but the items during the walk through were already agreed upon corrections. I paid full asking price and I feel like I was taken advantage of.

  If you are looking for a great home at a great value you have to go with William Ryan Homes! I worked with the most professional, knowledgeable salesman, Jim Steinmiller, who is incredibly talented and a tremendous gentleman! Jared Stack lead the project development and he was totally on point! Matt Leppin is my Super intendent and he is awesome! So responsive and just a great guy! Their boss, Eric, is also a terrific gentleman! I VERY HIGHLY recommend them!!! Thank you guys!!!

  We have had such a wonderful experience so for with William Ryan Homes and working with Ash in Cross Creek. Communication has been excellent! It truly has been a pleasure working with him through this building process. In the beginning, he allowed us time to ask as many questions as we needed. So when we finally made the decision to build, we were well informed. This process has exceeded our expectations thus far and we are looking forward to our new home in the near future!!!

  People go to William Ryan homes because of their stellar reputation in the building industry, but they buy a William Ryan home in major part due to the experience they have with their sales agent upon their first meeting! If the sales agent is professional, warm, inviting, knowledgeable, and assures you that they will be with you every step of the way, you know you are in good hands and want to buy that home from them and that builder! Such was the case for me! My parents have a William Ryan home and nothing compares to the quality, workmanship, and innovative design inside and out, but it was Kristy Pollack that made me want to be a proud William Ryan home owner!!! From our very first zoom meeting she took the time to go through everything the process would entail and the lots, plans, specs, financing, and how she would be with me every step of the way! I asked a million questions (I still do!) and she always answered every one promptly! Thank you Kristy for your patience, guidance, time and help and by being the epitome of what the reputation of William Ryan Homes stands for! Thank you for your humor too, I needed it!!!   Our new home is being built by William Ryan Homes at Cross Creek, Parrish Florida. This experience continues to be amazing and filled with excitement. Ash, keeps us up to date with each weeks building progress. He is the best! If you want someone who truly cares, love people and his life work, Ash is the guy. His countenance is one of the many reasons we chose William Ryan Homes and this location. This is not our 1st home build, so we have comparison knowledge. We chose the Strabane floor plan with extended kitchen (had to have the large walk-in pantry), this is a gas community (another must have) water view (another must have) and so many more features we love about this community and builder. William Ryan Homes continues to exceed our expectation, from initial appointment through Maxine, Ash (Sale representative), Melissa(Home design), Greg and Gillian(Mortgage), Neal(Electronics), Rebekah (Pool representative) and now Mark our on sight building manager. We feel we are in good hands and can not wait until we get the keys to our William Ryan Homes. Marion and Michelle

  Always a great experience with William Ryan Homes, at any of their communities. As a Realtor for many years, builder experience is key for myself and buyers. Current transaction under construction at Villa d'Este, gorgeous plan and community. Jim Steinmiller has always been professional, listens to all parties and knows his product! It's obvious he's been in the business for many years. Construction walks with Brad were great, looking forward to a great final product! Highly recommend.

  We are relocating from Chicago, and in the process of having a home built with William Ryan homes. Being 1st time new construction buyers, we weren’t sure of what to expect. However, we have been extremely satisfied with the process so far. Initially we had inquired with other builders but everything seemed to be a run around, couldn’t get any answers or honest feedback. Then we found Ash, who has made everything so easy. He is patient, and very knowledgeable. He takes the time to let us ask all questions even the dumb ones. He has provided us weekly updates, photos and a clear expectation of what is to come. We are planning on the rest of our building experience to continue as it has and we are looking forward to the completion of our forever home. Michael and Dawn
