  Beware “appointments” offered through the suncoast website are not honored at this location. There is a section on the website that allows you to make an appointment at any location. I did this today and even got a confirmation number which I attached a photo of, however when I arrived I was told they don’t even offer appointments... no one could explain to me why it was an option on the website and how I was even given a confirmation number. Was told I would just be placed in the que behind everyone else. Left work early to have my time completely wasted. Please update your website or process.

  I have been a devoted SCU member for years. My mother had set up an account for me while she was in college, but i had not been involved in the Credit Union. Instead i had been banking with a different institution which i felt was very aggressive in times of hardship. When i went to Suncoast and found my account was still accessible, i made the switch so that they became my primary institution. Through their education and guidance i was able to make better financial decisions and not feel pressured or harassed while i adjusted to new banking habits. They have a lot of other interests as a not-for-profit institution which include investing in local, national and international causes that i personally believe in. It's a great place to bank!

  Customer service is a 0. Not what you’d expect from Suncoast based off other locations. This location is the only branch with lock boxes in Hillsborough, which sucks when you consider the poor customer service.

  After the reception at this Branch it's only a matter of time to no longer come & have them use my hard earned $. I chose Suncoast Credit Union being a former Educator. Numerous times at this Site (Hillsborough by Hard Rock Casino) where Customer Service has not been met in satisfactory conditions. Long story... Having credited by NRF Foundation for the Professional Credential in Retail Industry Fundamentals the least expectations were not met set at this location most times that is referring to the same Personnel. Final decision, your institution is not worthy using my money any longer.

  I have been banking with suncoast for six years. I just don’t like the lack of communication. It’s always something or someone doesn’t have an idea of what’s going on. The underwriters are not the best in banking. I joined a new credit union and I get way more benefits. Just don’t understand what happened to suncoast bank for the people !!

  I went to put some money at the ATM machine across from Suncoast credit Union on Hillsborough Tampa Florida and stupid ATM machine ate my card. I call the outside line because credit union on sunday are closed and she can't even help me about it. You guys need to do something different, now I have to take time out of my schedule to go down there and get a another card
