  We had Willet do the restoration of our townhome after an electrical fire with smoke damage. We worked with Scott Ricks and Al Perez and were impressed with their knowledge of insurance rules and regulations. Our project manager, Al Perez, did a great job with suggesting different design options and also keeping us up to date on all aspects of our project. We would definately recommend Willet for this type of work.

  Over the past few years we used Willet Remodeling for a number of projects around our house. I appreciate having a reliable contractor who will get the job done and do it well. Nick, Scott, and Scott and their team were wonderful to work with and I highly recommend working with Willet.   Willet did an amazing job on our kitchen remodel and closet door replacement! We had some very specific timelines due to my husband’s disability, and they met those timelines for us. Al, our Project Manager, kept us informed at all times. He had great suggestions that allowed us to install a beautiful, unique backsplash at standard subway tile prices. Most importantly, all of their workmen were experienced and professional. I can confidently recommend their services. Thanks Scott, Al and the rest of the Willet team!

  We hired Willet to replace our roof, siding and soffits in 2020. They did an amazing job we are beyond happy with the results! We have received many compliments on our house's "makeover". The quality of workmanship their crew has is hard to find these days!

  We had Willet Remodeling and Construction paint the interior of our house. They also added crown molding and a wooden beam. Al Perez was very helpful and made sure everything was painted perfectly and scheduled properly. Al told us which rooms would be painted each day. And completed those rooms each day. They exceeded my expectations everyday. They never left a mess. Cleaned and organized their work area everyday. Very impressed with this company.

  Great to work with, did an excellent job. Communicated throughout the process and finished on schedule. Was really impressed with how well they were able to match the color/stain of our existing kitchen cabinets. A small issue came up during the install but they handled it quickly and took full ownership to make everything perfect. Everyone I interacted with was friendly and professional. Will recommend them to friends and family and will be calling them again if I need additional work to be done.

  I would not recommend working with this company. Poor management, poor quality work, and poor customer service. Project manager will say one thing and Scott comes in and says the opposite. Project estimated to take 6-8 weeks and took over 6 months. We picked out material months in advance of the work starting and when it came time to install we were told that the material we wanted couldn't be used because it wasn't in stock.

  TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN/THE MOHN'S, WE ARE SORRY THAT YOU ARE SO DISSATISFIED WITH THE JOB DONE AT YOUR RESIDENCE. IT IS NEVER OUR INTENTION AS A COMPANY TO MAKE OUR COSTUMERS UPSET OR FEEL LIKE THEY DON'T KNOW WHAT IS GOING ON. UNFORTUNATELY SOMETIMES WE ARE ALL HUMAN AND PEOPLE WILL LOOK AT HOW TO FIX THINGS DIFFERENTLY. AS FAR AS TWO PEOPLE TELLING YOU DIFFERENT, IT IS JUST AN OPPOSITE WAY OF THINKING. NOT ALL OF OUR PROJECT MANAGERS LIKE TO DO THINGS IN THE SAME WAY. SO, IF ONE TOLD YOU SOMETHING DIFFERENT, IT WASN'T TO UPSET YOU OR HAVE YOU FEEL LIKE THINGS WERE BEING DONE WRONG, ITS JUST A DIFFERENCE IN OPINION. NOW FOR THE MATTER OF THE TIMING OF THE PROJECT, WE UNDERSTAND THAT THINGS TOOK LONGER THAN EXPECTED, AND THAT CAN BE VERY FRUSTRATING, BUT UNFORTUNATELY WHEN WE HAVE HOMEOWNERS ALSO DOING SOME OF THE WORK THEMSELVES, IT HOLDS UP OUR PROJECTS. WE UNDERSTAND YOU DON'T DO THIS FOR A LIVING AND THAT YOU MIGHT NOT UNDERSTAND WHY WE ARE HOLDING OFF ON DOING THINGS, BUT THERE IS ALWAYS A PURPOSE TO WHAT WE ARE DOING. IF THAT WASN'T EXPLAINED THE BEST, WE SINCERELY APOLOGIZE. AGAIN, IT IS NEVER OUR INTENTION TO UPSET OUR CUSTOMERS OR TO MAKE YOUR LIVES MISERABLE. MANY TIMES, IN THE CONSTRUCTION BUSINESS THERE ARE THINGS THAT ARE UNCLEAR TO THE NAKED EYE AND IT ISN'T UNTIL YOU REALLY START DIGGING INTO AJOB THAT WE CAN REALLY SEE WHAT WE ARE WORKING WITH. AS FAR AS THE MATERIAL THAT WASN'T IN STOCK WHEN WE WENT TO ORDER IT, THINGS LIKE THIS CAN HAPPEN. WE ALWAYS TELL OUR CUSTOMERS, MAKE SURE WHEN SELECTING MATERIAL THAT IT IS "IN STOCK." IN THIS CASE, IT MAY HAVE BEEN IN STOCK WHEN YOU LOOKED, BUT WHEN IT CAME TO US ORDERING IT, IT WASN'T. AGAIN, THESE THINGS CAN HAPPEN TO ANYONE. WE DON'T WANT YOU TO FEEL UNHAPPY WITH YOUR EXPERIENCE. WE ARE A COMPANY THAT DOES CARE ABOUT ITS CUSTOMERS AND IN SOME CASES, THINGS JUST HAPPEN. WE APOLOGIZE FOR ANY CIRCUMSTANCES THAT MADE YOU UPSET. WE HOPE THIS COMMENT SHOWS YOU THAT WE DO UNDERSTAND YOUR CONCERNS AND HOPEFULLY WE HAVE ADDRESSED THOSE APPROPRIATELY.   We engaged WRC to repair our roof, replace siding and replace a rotting door. Two 12-year-old decorative trees in the front of home were destroyed by roofers carelessly throwing debris and shingles off our roof; the siding contractors damaged the top of our deck with their scaffolding; roofing nails and debris left in the yard and rocks; the wrong front door unit was installed; door stained a different color than what we ordered; a contractor brought a toddler in to our home while he worked on a ladder; siding damaged during door installation. Displeased with poor workmanship and lack of detail. Unhappy damages were not repaired, correct products/door not installed.
