  I really appreciate the friendly staff at Falcon National Bank in Ham Lake. They treat me very well whether in person, via email, or a phone call. I frequently work with Tammy Benson and she is very responsive. I've worked with Tyler Messerole since 2015 and we've established a great relationship.

  I've been thinking with them since before they were Falcon National Bank. All the people I've dealt with are very nice and knowledgeable. I love how personable everybody is. In a time where everybody is treated like a number. It is refreshing to be treated like an individual like these people here do. Highly recommend this bank to everyone!

  Without a doubt the best bank I have ever done business with. I have worked with many different banks over the years for my business and personal banking including all of the big national names. The service I get from community pride is head and shoulders above everyone else.

  This is a great bank. I have done business with many banks both personal and business and after a year with them I have to say they are the best bank I have done business with. You couldn't go wrong with them. Give them a try.

  This is the worst bank I've ever had. You can't spend your own money without calling and getting permission if your transaction is greater than a couple hundred dollars. They have NO ATMs that you can deposit money into so you can't do any banking if your job hours don't match theirs. Horrible bank!!

  Attempted to call about a land loan. The woman I spoke to crunched a few numbers and basically told me no yet never processed thru our application. Very short and rude.
