  I've been through multiple property purchases including primary and investment properties along with refinances and Chris and he has been more then helpful with finding mortgage rate and terms and other options that work best to my needs. Throughout the entire process he is responsive and transparent so there are no surprises when you go to closing. If for some reason you can't get approved or don't have the desired credit score for best rates, Chris will go as far as to let you know what you need to do in the short term to get approved or to get that credit score up. If Chris can't get you approved, I doubt any one else can.

  He is very knowledgeable and knows what he is doing. He made the loan process less stressful. He makes sure you get approved and helps you clean up some of your credit along the way as well. He is a great guy and someone that I would highly recommend if you are looking for someone to help you get a loan so that you can buy a home.
