  From start to finish, the experience to obtain a mortgage from Widget Financial Bank was smooth and educational. To obtain my mortgage, I worked with Josiah Baldwin, a loan officer who is both knowledgeable with the process of mortgage and patient with the customers. At Widget Financial Bank, you get the best treatment. You get treated as human.

  Cheryl Reed took the initiative to contact me after I visited the bank to make a transaction. A problem arose after I left the bank and she called me and helped me work through the issue through my on line banking app. She was very caring and knowledgeable. She also taught me how to resolve similar problems in the future. This is a great bank with great people.

  Horrible! I'm not going to go into explaing how disappointed I am in this banks service. I will say this bank has a bank teller that found a way to transfer money without the bank or the customers awareness at this branch and the one on 38th Street. I had a balance I was completely aware of. The next time I went to the bank to make a withdrawal I noticed my balance was not correct. Depending on how much you have in the bank it's the same as identity theft small increments. After reviewing my account print out I them noticed an amount taken in a way no one makes withdrawals. They also do not offer theft control by offering investigation services. I was denied this closed account. They have no after service hours customer service. Locked out of my card paying bills bank said amounts went through. Got multiple different balance inquires over the phone. I'm disgusted with the bank and it's service.

  I got excellent service when I went to open my business account. The associate Cheryl assisted me greatly. There were sections I was not sure of and she guided me based on the type of business I was starting. I can always depend on great service at Widget that is why I chose this institution to handle my business account!
