  everyone at widget was very friendly. Susan spent a great deal of time helping us create new accounts. She was very patient and understanding as she explained the various aspects of banking. She made us feel welcome and it was a great pleasure to do business with her.

  I worked with Reykwona yesterday and I couldnt have been happier with how awesome she was! I went in there with knots in my stomach and clueless about how to even start what I needed done. She sat down with me and I ended up leaving so relieved and we got it all taken care of! I cant thank you and Sue enough for explaining everything to me and helping me work it all out! Thank youuuu!

  When I called an I told the rep I could not hear him he hung up on me then I called back twice and they refused to answer the phone and sent me to voicemail when the office is open

  I called widget to inquire about a negative balance that I had on my account. By the end of the conversation I was told my account number and the routing number for my direct deposit so I could fix the issue. I asked multiple times to make sure the $18 was the only thing coming out of my check. I then turn around and that very day my accounts are closed. Mind you I had the $100 pending from there promotion they had in my savings. All I had to do was spend $250 from my incoming check and $100 would be deposited into my account. Then they tried to call me and say they had a one time deal for me. The deal was I could come in pay the $18 that I owe and open a new account without there promotion money. All in all I don’t think they wanted me to revive the promotion money. Also I now have to wait four days because my check isn’t going to go through and has already been submitted. Thank you for that widget.

  I've been banking here for years. As a Credit Union they have great loan rates and great customer service. I can't believe that people rate it badly because they cannot manage their money and then get overdraft fees! If I was the bank, I'd be glad to see your business leave - you have almost no money in there anyway.

  What absolutely terrible customer service. Waited 20 minutes in a drive through teller line when I was the only person there and the bank was empty! Honestly, I won't be going to this branch again. Next time, maybe try starting with 'How are you today' or even a 'Hello' instead of ignoring your customers until they hit the call button after waiting over five minutes after sending their information in.

  I called the call center on a Saturday morning for help with my account. The call was answered quickly and Gilly (Gilbert) helped me. He was so kind and helpful and solved my problem almost instantly. I’d recommend Widget to anyone in the area that uses a credit union. Go Widget!

  This bank has terrible customer service! Other than that, the bank is good. The reps is what makes this rating a two star! Overdraft fees is outrageous! One rep tells me it's takes 24hours to charge my account now it's one minute!?!? Definitely closing this bank ASAP! Do not bank or they'll charge your account with outrageous fees!
