      I had to close my account and go to another bank. My account kept getting fraudulent charges or mixed up with other customers accounts. As soon as I got it fixed they would flag me if I used my card at all. It was ridiculous....

      Athena was extremely helpful with my needs. She took the time to answer every question I had and explained everything in a manor that I could understand! I was super impressed with the service at this location. What a great experience I had. I’m looking into moving other accounts there now too. Great job.

      The employees are friendly but it's modern style turns me away. I have to talk to a teller through a TV. When I have a question or something is incorrect it takes forever to speak with a real person. Just hire security, not robotic equipment.

      In response to their response to my initial review, I suggest they place simulated tellers at their other locations, as this is the most convenient location for me to visit. I'm sure the members at your other locations will love the electronic tellers as much as I do!

      Terrible call center. I have to call during my 15 minute break at work and they NEVER answer the phone. I can't pay my car payment online so I have to wait for a half hour til someone answers. Furious! Get with the times and let me pay online!

      Employees are friendly enough, but having screens to talk to the tellers is very off putting. It removes the human element from banking. I want to talk to a person, not a machine.
