  My wife and I purchased our first house together and used Gosha at Movement Mortgage. We reached out to her early in the process to get pre-approved and everything went as planned from the beginning stages to our closing day. Gosha and her staff are extremely easy to work with, doing almost everything via technology (super perk for us). Her knowledge and personality made our experience fun and we enjoyed getting to know Gosha. Everyone talks about how stressful the house buying process is and at the end of the day, my wife and I were extremely thankful we chose to work with Gosha Riley!

  If you want someone that's knowledgeable, confident, and great at communication, Gosha is your go-to, hands down. Being a first time buyer for a home, Gosha and her team made this process effortless. Starting with the initial encounter, she was honest and up front about all closing costs and fees from the get-go, which I had little knowledge about. Other loan officers didn't include that in their original quotes, I had to ask for them. I then got estimates for all types of options with different down payments and years paying the loan and everything was very clear and very accurate. The best part was the plan I ended up choosing, the final numbers were actually lower than what was quoted from her, because she wanted to quote me just a little higher to give a cushion so I didn't have anything unexpected. Everything in between was all the paperwork which her and her team made the process effortless. They told me exactly what I needed to do and it took only 41 days from when my bid was accepted to the closing date. Was a great, friendly experience and I am very thankful for the outcome! Gosha and her team are amazing!!

  Gosha was the absolute best. I can’t describe how professional, informative and helpful she was. There were no surprises during the process. She did everything she could to help us get our loan.
