      I went to the bank today to get help with a account. I was told I was needing to talk to Devon Pope, I explain to her what the situation was. She immediately went into professional mode and helped us with our account Devon is very knowledgeable and professional with every question we asked her. Wichita Federal credit Union is very lucky to have her because with the experience that we had with her Wichita Federal credit Union should be proud to have her. Thank you, Tony and Deanna Gaudiello

      This bank charged us 2 payments when we called to make one payment on our loan. When we called to let them know they charged us twice and we needed a letter sent to our bank Wade Waterberry got on the phone told my husband he was lying that he was white trash and if he paid his bills on time he wouldn't be in this situation. He has poor customer service and showed us zero respect in this situation. We were only calling to have one of the two payments refunded because we paid 2x what we owed and this man handled the entire situation incorrectly. He refused to let us talk to the bank branch manager and hung up us. I would never recommend banking here after today and I have banked here for several years.

      I will never recommend this bank to anyone. They only help certain people. I’m currently looking for another bank, this credit union sucks when it comes to helping out people. They just want your services.

      The employees are very friendly and helpful. The credit union is located on the 4th floor of City Hall which makes it more convenient for City staff to banking at work.

      The tellers and loan officers really make you feel like Family. They always go above and beyond my expectations. GREAT JOB GUYS
