  Great bank for commercial loans & banking. They are able to see the quality of the person instead of just the numbers. Scott & Ron took a chance on me when i was younger and i am forever grateful for their help. If you are wanting to grow your portfolio or just starting out. This is the best bank to visit first. I never have to shop rates cause i know i will be getting the best available.

  Horrible bank! I am not sure what management is conveying to the customer service reps, but they seriously need to take classes on how to treat people. Most rude bank I have ever dealt with. Their policies on auto loans are also insane. They start a repo process at 30 days late. God forbid someone falls on a hardship. This bank will make you feel awful about yourself, even with a perfect payment record up until the first time you are late. I am scared to know what their regular checking and savings account policies are. I cannot recommend this bank to anyone based off of customer service experience alone. You can hear it in the tone of their voice that you are just a huge inconvenience to them. What kind of customer service rep sighs on the phone at a customer? Rude, unprofessional and downright stuck up. Such a disappointment. I had high hopes for this place based on the other reviews, but my experience has been the exact same as the other low star ratings. Common curtesy and respect for the customer is not in this institutions forte.

  Extremely rude. Have had an auto loan for 4 years with them and then went through a bad divorce that messed with my credit which they already knew about. My loan is in good standing and almost paid off so I called ahead when getting a new car to see if they could help me get close to the same APR as my current loan and they said since I was a good customer with them that they could help me out. Trustingly, I sent the app in, took the extra hit, and then they couldn't give me anything better than what was on their charts that I already had access to. To top it of the loan officer was extremely rude and acted like he was already helping me out by giving me a loan at all at 10.49% <roll eyes>. Needless to say I didn't have any problems finding another financer that was willing to work with people rather than hiring any old Joe who can plug numbers into a computer. They were nice for getting a car when I was younger and had no credit, but they definitely have no "good standing" program or won't do anything to help keep you as a customer. If you have to use them, don't plan on making it a long-term relationship...

  Been my bank ever since my first job, and I've always had great customer service and never had any issues with staff, website access, phone app, or weird charges. Transactions process immediately through the bank, including direct deposits.

  I have a business account for my DBA here as well as a personal savings account. I love the convenience of having transfer options for my external account, and multiple branches i can use at my convenience

  Horrible online banking options, no customer service for online banking unless you can call between M-F 8-5...I like online banking since that generally doesn't work for me. They aren't keeping up with today's banking needs like other banks I've used.

  They will close your account illegally just because you wife calles to make sure your account works abd will treat you very cruly

  0 stars... Making my life goal to tell everyone about how bad this bank is... All locations.... Harassment 1000000%, failure to set up requested payment 100%, do not do business at all

  Local bank that has a great program for financing cars without credit..... Helped us out greatly.

  The atmosphere is very cold. No smiles unless you say something to make them smile and even then they look forced.
