  I had been trying to get a cash out bank loan with no luck. Then decided I needed a mortgage broker and went with Wholesale Mortgage Services and am I ever glad I did. They took care of everything for me and were so good about keeping me up to date on progress. We got a refinance of our high interest mortgage dropping our rate by over 5% plus extra cash to pay off all high interest credit cards and accounts. The payment was less than $100 more than our old payment with same number of years on the loan. Couldn't recommend them highly enough.

  Elena and her team really pulled through for us on buying our forever home. Our mortgage broker from our previous home Dan Patty referred Elena Boland to help us with purchasing a home in Nevada since we were from another state and did not know if the process was the same or different. Elena and her team went above and beyond with helping us figure out a way to get pre-approved on a nontraditional income and to the finish line. Elena and her team were great in keeping us informed of any documents that needed to be signed. They also would email back in a timely manner or would call me or my husband about anything we didn't understand.

  Thank you Elena, Christie and your amazing team for helping us finance our dream home. If you want a knowledgable, honest and efficient agency, look no further. We were able to close escrow a few days early. The trick? There aren't any. When Elena or someone on her team(mostly Christie for us) asks for a document, respond and respond sooner rather than later. They aren't asking for anything they don't need. This is a real life case of help them help you. I promise you, if you are proactive, the process goes by so much quicker and smoother. You can't go wrong with Elena and her team. We are so happy! Pros: highly responsive, knowledgeable, honest Cons: buying a home is stressful.

  Elena and the team at Wholesale Mortgage are fantastic. They are extremely helpful and their straight forward approach is something that I appreciated. I needed a little help and direction in getting my credit up to get a better rate, they were a tremendous asset in doing so. I could tell that Elena and her team were personally invested in the process. This is my second time using Wholesale Mortgage and I will be using them again with any of my mortgage needs.   This company was the most amazing to work with. As a first time home buyer they walked me through the steps and made it easy. They eased all of my stress and were there for me when things got super rough with my home builder. They were patient and kind to me and advocated on my behalf with my home builder.   Wholesale mortgage was an absolute breeze to work with for both our original buying experience and our refinance. Professional and kind, while being not too formal and making us feel right at home before we even had our new home. Everyone we worked with there was fantastic, answered all our questions and didn't make us feel inexperienced or awkward while being new to the whole thing. They got us an amazing rate and gave us the best plan for our situation.
