  My boyfriend and I are first time home buyers who were very green in the home financing process!   Kathy has handled two different loans for us. She has great communication skills with all parties involved in the loan process. She will walk you through the steps so you can understand what is required. She is a professional that you will enjoy working with. I have referred her to family, friends, and others I have heard looking to purchase a home.
