  I was so grateful for the professional efficiency show by Summits Team Fleck in processing my Home purchase with a VA loan. This was my second experience using Summit to purchase a home. The first was so impressive in Eugene, Oregon that I decided to use the Nevada office in Reno to purchase a new home in the Las Vegas area. I would absolutely recommend them again to anyone considering a new home purchase. I have never experienced a faster VA process anywhere.

  Lisa Fleck and her team were consistently warm, professional, and helpful throughout my loan process. Summit came highly recommended by my realtor, and when I went in for an initial introductory appointment, I was impressed by every member of the team, the environs, and the expert service. Rachel was there at the loan signing, a huge show of support. Well done, Team Fleck!

  Summit funding makes home buying a breeze! If you get the chance to work with Shaun and Whiteny they both do an amazing job! We had questions and every single time they made it easy to understand.   Shaun Bittick at Summit Funding is amazing. This is the person to get a home loan from! She is super detailed and knowledgeable with what programs are out there for first time home buyers, rural programs, etc. She will take your info and what your needs are and throw it all into a pot and make some magic! With no money down, we were able to buy our dream home. Everyone is different in what they qualify for and Shaun takes it all the way,leaving no stone unturned. She communicated with us about every step. what to expect. She was awesome about emailing and texting us even after her work hours. She and our realtor (Karen Lacey) always kept in good communication as well. It could not have gone smoother! We are so happy with work that she has done! I recommend her to anyone looking for assistance in getting a loan to buy a home!!

  The entire team at summit is excellent. We just completed our 4th loan process with Kevin and could image ever using anyone else. His response time is impressive, and he is always very clear and transparent through the whole process. Overall a great lender to work with!

  December 1, 2016 I was impressed by all of the Summit Funding employees I worked with. They all have an amazing work ethic. They are all very friendly and helpful. Lisa Fleck checks and responds to her email even after hours. It doesn't get better than that. Thank you Lisa, Stefany, and Rachel.
