  Marbie--Whitney is the definition of a real estate professional. She was extremely responsive and knowledgeable. As this was a first home purchase, she guided us through the whole experience and helped us through decision making processes when certain roadblocks came our way. I can’t stress enough how knowledgeable she is. Sometimes it felt as if she knew what we were thinking or what decision we were going to make and set up the next steps for us quickly so everything aligned in a timely manner.

  We used Whitney and her team to buy a 2nd home in Lithia. Since we were from out of town, we had limited time to spend looking at properites. Whitney together with Camille pre-screened properties before our trip and then scheduled us several back to back showings so we could easily make a decision. Their knowledge of the area and market was only surpassed by her excellent customer service . She was able to negotiate us a great deal and even had the seller to fix a few items in the property. The whole experience was smooth. She arranged for financing and an "out of town" closing so we didn't have go thru the expense of flying back for the closing. I highly recommend her !

  We started searching for a property in Florida back in March of 2021, wow has the real estate market changed during the Pandemic (houses going under contract in one to two days). Kim Velez really went the extra mile to help us find our new residence here in beautiful Riverview Florida. We discussed with Kim the type of property, location, amenities (must haves and wish list items), oh yah and our budget. Kim went to work at this point, sending us listing, Face Timing us properties (We were still living in Missouri while looking for a Property in Florida). With the housing market moving so fast, you really needed to see the properties in a timely manner and submit your offer within one to two days of most houses being on the market. Kim was there for us all the way, she was our personal representative, our advocate, our voice. Kim went above and beyond to make our dream a reality as one might put it.

  Keri Karr was highly recommended to us by a friend when we had to put our house on the market due to relocation. I have to say that Keri was an absolute pleasure to work with. She works timelessly for her clients and is very honest. Keri came into our home and put together a plan to get the house ready and she provided excellent guidance. Keri excelled in the marketing of our home in addition to helping with appearance and curb appeal. We were positive we would get a good turnout, but we were blown away by the numbers that showed up.
