Friendly staff that guided me through the process of the banking I needed done. He answered all my questions and helped me through the process painlessly. As we had made an appointment ahead of time there was no wait, which was a big plus, and we were done in about 20 minutes. Edit: Oh, and I met with Andy, who was super friendly!

I had fraudulent activity on my account of $2.6k. The chase Fraud department told me to fax a document that they will email me from a Chase branch so that the claim would be expedited and the brach would get a receipt for the fax. When I went to the brach 2 people were there. They both had no idea how to help me and the first guy I spoke to didn't even know how to use the fax machine. Very poor service!

Personal Banker horribly rude!! She also lies about things. She was not dressed professionally as she had on old jeans. I was a bank VP in Operations for 30 years. She would not last 5 mins under my employ. We had very pleasant and professional experiences in South Tampa (Neptune) for years before moving out to Valrico and expected the same at this branch.

We are new to the area and needed notary service. We had closing docs on a house to be notarized. The woman at this bank was not nice about telling us the policy. Perhaps they, or, she does not like notarizing. We have accounts there and am not impressed. We called another Chase and the notary at the bank in question did tell us the wrong information. So she was wrong on top of being not nice. The closing docs were from another bank and allegedly Chase does not assist with this according to the other Chase down the road. We had nothing to do with the buyer of the house choosing another bank... Not impressed. Chase already makes a good deal of money from us. I must admit now, I am going to revisit banking with Chase...

GTE went to electronic tellers, and as we had previously had a mortgage with Chase we closed our accounts at GTE and opened checking, savings and credit cards with this branch in 2010 as it is around the corner from where we live. Fast-forward nine years and this branch had gone electronic banking. We went there today and there was only one bank officer, and he didn’t have the tome to add a beneficiary to our accounts, it was 12:45 and he had an appointment coming in. How long would it have taken to add a beneficIt seems it’s time to take our banking business and safe deposit box elsewhere as the next step will be for Chase to close this branch altogether.

Can you give reviews based of job interviews too? Well too bad I still am. I received the most unprofessional behavior from this bank after my interview for a position in there. I sent two thank you emails for taking the time out for allowing me to come in, no response. Calls , no response too. I got a GENERATED email from Chase saying the position was filled. That’s where I felt disrespected. Its okay if I wasnt chosen but a call or email from the human , not a computer, that interviewed me could have reached out and let me know I was not considered.

Great and friendly place! Spent 30 min waiting at Wells Fargo for someone to recognize me, left and came over to Chase and they were waiting for me at the door inside to help and got me to a banker immediately. The personal banker, Pamlyn, was super sweet and professional, along with the teller, Meghan, who helped us get 2 new business accounts opened. I’ll be back! Thank you!

Given the difficulties of changing banks, I’ve struggled with the customer service issues at this location for at least 5 years. As customer service has progressively become worse I’ve tried to hang in there but to no avail. This location is understaffed and has recently undergone a cafe style remodeling whereas they’ve eliminated nearly all traditional services you’d expect from a bank. I’d highly recommend looking elsewhere...

As a potential new customer, I tried calling the bank multiple times day for 3 business days and no one picks up the phone. I stopped by the branch and the teller was polite, but said that the main telephone number is seldom answered. It boggles my mind how a business would not pick up the phone.

I worked with Oslan. I called and he was able to see me in 15 minutes. I had my account opened with no hassle. Great Service!
