  Working with the Office in Valrico was exceptional. That team is on it and was able to assist with everything I needed to get my loans closed. They were very efficient and responsive. It was great working with Phil Brown the closer. She is fun and charismatic. She truly cares about what the customer/client needs and she goes above and beyond to make sure everyone understands what going on in the process.   I have been dealing with Fidelity National Title for 25 years. I have had closing at other title company's and I'm shocked there in business. I will only do business with Fidelity National Title for my clients and personal investments. Don't trust anyone else. Michelle Peterson your the best. We have had some hard closing..   If you are a real estate agent, or will be listing your home for sale, you should work with this branch and especially Kivi Mangan. With all of the things we have to do in order to keep deals together, having a professional title company who is organized and on top of everything makes such a huge impact with our transactions. I know that when my customers, as well as the cooperating agent and their customers, work with Fidelity, that they will keep them updated throughout the process and things will happen on time as they should. Having a company who has the same sense of urgency and is proactive in their communication is something I look to have with all of those that I refer.
