  We had an excellent experience with Westside Settlement. We sold our old house and bought a new house at the same time, and they coordinated both. We had a difficult closing because of issues with one of the lender's, but the people at Westside stayed on top of everything and kept it moving. Would highly recommend.

  Westside in Orange City is the best title company I've done business with. From constantly keeping me updated with the transaction, to locating hard to find people that need to sign docs, Sam is always one step ahead of everything. Whenever I have a situation/question that I don't have any experience with, Cheryl is always willing to help me out and troubleshoot. Closings are quick and easy. On the investment side, things can get a little messy, regardless every transaction has been seamless.

  I thought that they handled the closing quickly and professionally. I don't know how many people work for the company, but I had about 4 or 5 people contact me either via email or phone about different parts of the process. They clearly work as a team. Thank you.

  We had a great experience working with Gwen then after that it all went down hill from there. We were told we could only wire transfer the money we were having issues somewhere because the money would be taken out then put back in. We contacted the office was told that this has never happened before that we have to be doing something wrong so long story short after 200 dollars charged in money wire transfers we were told to get a cashier check. Why weren't we told of that option before?

  When ever I have a Seller in Volusia County, I always use Westside Title Services. The fees are competitive, but most of all, I appreciate the professionalism.   I love West Side Title I'm a Realtor and Cheryl And Sam push me...I send a lot of customers to them all the time Cheryl and Samantha and they stay on top of things thank God because other title companys don't and I have lost a few deals over that. I just wish they were closer to me like in my building Love them..... Sheila McConnell
