  I love the staff in Twin Falls. I ended up switching my personal accounts over to Westmark from another credit union. KriSjaan made the transition easy, she did everything for me and gave me the time I needed without feeling rushed. It is always overwhelming to switch institutions but I was so pleased I ended up bring over my business account as well. The whole staff in Twin has been extremely helpful and so friendly ever time I come into the branch to do business. I like the mobile app as well, I can manage all my accounts in one sign in, which makes it very easy and convenient. I have also had a great encounters with Lacey the branch manager, she has helped me get several loans for business and personal use as well. I highly recommend this credit union.

  I love Westmark Credit Union. They were great when they visited my high school when I was in high school. And they have been nothing but nice and helpful. KriSjaan was very helpful and kind when setting up my very first checking and savings account. And then KriSjaan was amazing again when she helped me set up my first credit account. And Edna, the credit officer, was very nice contrary to her position's title. She helped me learn a bit about loans and shared some wisdom on some other things as well. Ethan is really cool and I relate with him a lot and I think he's great.

  I’ve been with Westmark a hot minute now. I love that I can personalize my debit card with a photo of my choice. The branches between Twin Falls and Meridian are super kind. Aimee even welcomed me to the drive through before I get a chance to say a word. I love that to Aimee I am a name and not a number. Personalized service top notch in my book! Happy to be a WCU member when treated like family✅ Thank you Aimee for always making my experience fabulous💯👌

  I love westmark credit union. I found out about them when I bought my car. I always went in and payed my car every month the staff was always so friendly. I got a new car so I no longer use them for a loan however I liked working with them so much I kept my savings with them. Aimee is awesome. I definitely recommend westmark credit union for all your banking needs.

  Westmark is the best credit union in Twin Falls. Not sure if Aimee has a photo graphic memory or what but everything I see her she calls me by name. Best service out of any bank I have used in the past.

  I love how welcoming everyone is here at Westmark Credit Union in Twin falls. Aimee was wonderful very professional, welcoming and I love how she welcomed me by my name. They all truly feel like friends and not just there to do there job they actually care about there customers.

  KriSjaan was super nice & friendly during the purchase of our auto loan. She shared excitement for our teenage daughter & made her a part of the whole thing. Even congratulated her for having awesome parents. She truly made our daughters first loan & car a memorable moment!!

  Westmark has a knowledgeable and friendly staff that are always happy to help. In fact they always remember your name like family. They are good at what they do, Edna helped me with starting my credit and lowered my car payment. Without their help my credit would not be as good as it is now.

  I love Westmark, they have lower auto loan and credit card rates than my old bank. Lacey was so helpful when I was shopping for a new car. The staff is so friendly whenever I call or go in the branch.
