  Kristie Shobe at Mortgage Solutions was absolutely wonderful to work with. I called and spoke with Kristie asking if someone can look at my income and tell me how much I’m qualified for, she asked me to email her some paperwork. In just a little over 24 hours I had my prequalified letter, we found a beautiful house, and we were able to close escrow in just 30 days! I highly recommend Kristie Shobe at Mortgage Solutions.

  Working with Skip was a rollercoaster in the best of ways. He was personable, understood our timing, family needs, and what we were wanting to be at overall. The fact that they were able to assist in a time of crisis for the country, and our community was above and beyond anything that we could of asked for. Skip also assisted with getting us approved through a VA loan which is not an easy task but was able to come in even before our closing day so that everything was in order and the closing went off without any unforeseen hiccups.

  Went into what I thought would be an open and shut refinance with Skip, and unfortunately, some skeletons popped up because of businesses I had previously put my trust in, and the loan looked as though it was dead in the water. Thanks to Skip, and his professionalism and diligence, he went above and beyond to help ensure that the issues got resolved, and still got the refinance to go through with minimal delay. I've spent many years becoming accustomed to the "not my job" mentality when it comes to issues and situations of this nature, but not at Mortgage Solutions.   Skip was excellent throughout the whole process and my loan closed today! All factors on this loan, as promised! Great interest rate, no snags whatsoever and my loan closed in a timely manner. Skip is the manager in Twin Falls so I was lucky to be able to work directly with him and would do so again in a heartbeat! Highly recommended.

  I have nothing but good things to say about Mortgage Solutions and my loan officer Miranda Hoppock. Miranda work with me through the whole process and always kept me updated. She was able to work through a few challenges on my end and get me approved. From initial pre qualification to closing, Miranda and her team were top notch. I would highly recommend Mortgage Solutions to anyone looking to purchase a home in the Twin Falls area.

  Honestly this is one of my only reviews I have ever written. A majority of the time I read then and never do respond. So you may ask yourself then why the heck are your writing one now. Well I have a story to tell and a promoting to tell it. My story begins with actually rejecting Skip at Mortgage Solutions, who in the end became our families hero. See I had a bank who had me convinced of a mortgage loan and all was well. So when Skip called me to see if he could have a chance at doing something for him, I tld him thanks but no thanks. When the time came time came, the bank decided to go a route that I felt was not in the best interest of my family. I called Skip and told him my concern. Not only did he hear me out, he listened to me. Hearing the concern in my voice, Skip simply said, I am here to help and we will get this done asap. Over the next 30 days and many unseen hurdles, Skip not only got it done, he made the hurdles seem insignificant. Skip went above and beyond the call of duty and for someone who actually was going another route at one point. His integrity and character are unmatched the mortgage lending profession. Skip is my only recommendation from here forward for any mortgage lending needs. Skip, I sincerely appreciate your hard work and dedication. It was awesome to have you on our side.

  Skip was the best to work with. Our mortgage closure was quicker than I anticipated. Skip covered every question and went above in the final week to meet the signing date.
