  Be extremely careful with any loan done through Westmark, If you set up a loan through them and set up auto-pay, nobody will guide you through the process of their antique system and when there is a minor mistake that should have been told upfront by the person telling you how/when to do something they will not stand behind their mistakes and will not help rectify the issue in anyway. The branch manager while polite was basically useless and would not provide me with details of someone above her I could discuss the issue with. I have given Westmark every opportunity to correct the situation.

  I switched all of my accounts to Westmark from a large national bank a couple years ago and am so much happier. My interest rates on my loans and credit cards are much lower than they were at my last bank and the customer service is outstanding. My personal banker, Terry Bedegi, is wonderful and is always so helpful when I have any questions, concerns or even just a personal hello. The staff always greets me when I come in and wishes me a nice day as I am leaving. I can't think of any reason I would ever leave Westmark.

  Westmark CU, specifically Terry Bedegi, loan officer, has been wonderful. Bought a truck in March, and she helped with getting the absolute best rate and walked us thru the process. She is awesome and has been extremely helpful. We've opened a checking, savings, and the truck loan and plan on switching our banking exclusively to Westmark.

  Just refinanced our vehicles with a smokin' rate, and had a great experience with Mackenzie too. As our loan officer, she was very easy to work with, and very responsive through the process. Highly recommend!

  My first experience with Westmark in Eagle was a fantastic one. I got there just as they were closing, but Terry Bedgegi, Nikki McNeal, and Trinity Birkby did an amazing job getting me all setup and took care of several things quickly, efficiently, and with a smile! Our other credit union couldn't give us a better rate than Westmark on our latest auto purchase, so we went with Westmark and we're so happy we did.   Westmark Credit Union is within the top 1% best of the best of any lender I've ever used. More importantly than that is their people, especially Terry Bedegi! Shes one of the best loan officers ive ever worked with hands down!!!
