  Called after 10pm and was expecting to leave a message when Michael answered. I was surprised that he is actually open 24hours. I needed some personal documents notarized for my father who is in a nursing home. I thought the nursing home could help with this process but apparently not. Fortunately I was referred to Michael from some folks at the nursing home who has used his services not long ago. When I spoke with Michael he was very attentive and willing to schedule the next morning at 10am. Very thankful for his prompt service . When he arrived he was very professional and responsive to our needs. My father was late being brought out and because of this it was going to make Michael late for his appointments. He was kind enough to call and was able to reschedule to accommodate waiting for my father. Thank you so much for being the person you are. I would highly recommend him .

  I has some priority documents that needed to be notarized and sent back first thing in the morning. I was hoping to have these sign and sent back by the next morning however my schedule conflicted with Michael's. It was already 9:10pm and He offered to come out tonight to notarize these documents. I stated I could be there in half an hour and he mentioned that he is a mobile notary and that he goes to the clients. Who ever heard of such a service especially this time of night. I thought this man was a life saver and very generous to help. I would highly recommend Michael and thank him for being so professional when he arrived. Thank you so much.

  Called and spoke with Michael the owner of Western Mass Notary and impressed and pleased to know how professional and convenient his service is. I was having some documents sign for my mother who is in a nursing home and grateful that Michael was able to come out the same day. His fees were extremely reasonable and his professionalism during these times of covid were impressive to say the least. Thank you and I will recommend your service to others for sure.

  Mike was my hero today! My husband had a recent stroke after a recent move from the west coast, while near the end of our California house sale. I contacted Mike and told him about our situation and the urgency of the final closing papers that needed signatures and notarization. He arrived at the hospital and took care of us the same day! He was and still is my hero for the day!! Much Thanks!!

  This company's work ethic is unmatched- How? Mr. White, owner of Western Mass Notary, understands his clients needs. My father is elderly and required extra attention ( for s simple power of attorney) that Mr. White addressed. Running a business these days is tough, and knowing how to juggle your clients needs is also tough but Mr. White made it look easy. He did so with immediate and impressive efficiency( less than 2 hours notice) His attention to detail, helpful and empathetic to the customer's needs as well as his responsiveness to calling back within a short period of time.   I called Michael at 8AM. Despite a busy schedule he was at my house by 11:30AM and notarized all the documents. Fast service, very reasonable price, very professional. A great resource for the Berkshires.

  Today, I needed to find a notary fast ( during COVID-19) and Michael White answered my call and met me all within an hour of speaking to him. I never knew there was such a thing as a mobile Notary. He was extremely professional and attentive to our needs while it's difficult enough to have a family member in the nursing home. Amazing!!   I had previously gone to some lengths to arrange from Albany, New York for notarization of a document for my husband, currently in a nursing home in Western Mass. After 9 months of frustrated attempts on my part, enter Michael—who showed himself to be not only competent, but completely professional, dependable, punctual and, last but not least, compassionate. This is a man who knows his stuff AND cares about people. I recommend him without reservation.
