I don’t know if their computer system is slow or if it’s just the bank tellers, but this branch has the slowest drive through service. The branch on west housatonic street is consistently much faster.

Zero stars would be the correct choice, I've been on hold for half an hour and it took almost 15 minutes to get through the menu to be on hold waiting for a representative, poor service.
