  I've always had a excellent experience banking with this bank. Service is fast and courteous. It was a painless experience when refinancing my vehicle, and I was walked through every step of the process. Would recommend to anyone.

  My overall experience with lower level employees is always been fabulous and they are wonderful people. But I recently had a call with a senior business loan officer BRICE MEDIN. Regarding a $20,000 line of credit I was trying to acquire to bring power in to my small manufacturing shop I have built up. Ot only did he show a fundamental lack of respect toward me, spending much of the call braiding me as if he was scolding a child. He laughed... literally at the hard ships that drove me to start my Company in the first place. This was totally uncalled for and unprofessional, it led me to subsequently hang up the on him out of sheer out rage. If I had spent anymore time on the call with him and I would have snapped on him..

  Westconsin Credit Union has awesome customer service. I've had a few bank accounts over the year but I've never gotten better service than they give me. Everyone is very eager to help and always with a smile. If you happen to stump one of them with a question they will find out the answer right away.

  I was not happy with the guy that told me I couldn't cash my check. And laughed at me and said would u like dollar bills. *Unacceptable

  Special thanks to Rebecca P who worked very hard to help me with my account fixed when upper management told me and her that there was nothing else that could be done. She worked hard the next day to help my account become accessible, without her hard work this would not have happened. She should get a raise 🙂
