  Tonight I traded in my truck for a more reasonable family oriented vehicle and I can't stress enough about the overall sale and experience! Dave and Ron were absolutely amazing. Very smart, friendly, well knowing of their inventory, and very knowledgeable of their jobs. They made buying a nicer new vehicle so smooth for me to have starting off with zero credit. This is a good place to go if you're having credit problems or even just to get a really nice vehicle for a good deal! Highly, highly recommend if you like good deals and to be treated with true customer service! 😁

  I loved how everyone at the dealership was so friendly and it was their main goal to get anyone a new vehicle this was the first time I have purchased a vehicle form a dealership and they made the process so quickly and easy I will definitely be doing more business here in the future thank you everyone at bargain lot for getting me in my new truck I love it so much

  Thanks to Ron and the Eau Claire Bargain Lot, i was nit only able to get an actually decent vehicle, they helped me start building my credit so i can do other things! Very helpfuland friendly staff, they walked me through everything and made me feel like my needs and budget were their priority to work within. An all around very pleasant experience for a first time lot buyer!

  The crew was friendly and efficient. Was great to laugh and joke around as they were helping me get a vehicle. Not sure why people complain about this place. My experience was great. Got a good deal, gap coverage and a 2year warranty. Will be back at some point.

  This place was awesome. I went in here pretty skeptical that id be able to get anything but Ron was fantastic. He cast no judgment on me and helped me more then he needed to. After a while of trying different things the finance man Dave came to the rescue!! Thank you both Ron and Dave!!! You guys are fantastic people!!

  After seeing and hearing so many commercials about the Eau Claire Auto Group Bargain Lot I decided to check them out myself. Three weeks (November 8, 2021) I went there to look at a vehicle. When I got there the vehicle was gone. So Ron pointed me to a 2011 Chevy Traverse LTZ. Within minutes I was approved and came back two days later on the 10th and picked it up. Ron, Dave, and Gary were all very helpful, polite…I have been extremely happy with my purchase and their level of customer service. Just this Tuesday, November 30 while on my way to work the check engine light came on. I immediately contacted OnStar and they ran a diagnostic test. This morning I dropped it off at my local Chevy dealer and they informed me that the bank 1 catalytic converter was plugged and needed replaced, to the tune of $1,796 including labor. After learning the warranty did not cover it I immediately called Dave. Really really hoping they are willing to work with me to get this fixed. They have been amazing so far. I hope they come through for me and provide the absolute exceptional service I know they are capable of. When that happens I will definitely be upgrading them to five stars.
