  I have been with CCF for a long time, RCU messed with my banking, and was not willing to work together to fix it.

  So my bank app doesn't work since the phone call security system was put in place. (Which is a total inconvenience) I've called several times and was told there's nothing wrong with the app. It won't load on either of my phones. Was also told they don't have a tech support? Really? This is just the last issue I've had with them. United bank was an awesome place to do business but the switch over to ccf lost me right away!! Customer service is all gone. Time to make the switch myself!! Any recommendations?

  Hi Richelle, thank you for your feedback. If you enable Face ID on our mobile banking app, you will not have to put in the 6 digit code every time you login. This will eliminate any extra time needed to verify your login for security reasons. If you would like help with anything regarding our app, please email [email protected] for further assistance!

  The bank has a good interest interest rate on a checking account, but that is where the good ends with this place. If you want a paper statement, you get charged a $3 fee. There seems to be a fee for just about everything most other banks will do for free. The staff have rarely been friendly in all the times that I have been in multiple office locations and at times have been quite rude. I can tell from the outside that this place has a weird corporate culture.

  I have been a member when it was a credit union,which changed its name to a bank.The service was very friendly when I opened my account in 1955. However the service has been going down hill ever sense. It has gotten so bad I have been entertaining the thought of changing to EACH.

  Best bank I have been to and I have been to a few. They know me by name and don't even need my account number to access my account. I just say I need to take money out and that's all they need! I would recomend CCF over RCU any day of the week!!!!!!

  This bank took 2 weeks to process a loan application for me. Anywhere else will get back to you within hours. I would not recommend this place unless you have too much time on your hands. I will be moving my accounts elsewhere.
