  Michael helped me through my process at it took a lot shorter time than I thought. He didn't make any promises he couldn't keep and actually reached out to me for any questions or concerns before I could get to him. He kept me informed and was on top of everything. It was a great experience. Update #2 (09/21/21): I refi'd again and my experience with Michael and West Coast didn't change at all. It was great from beginning to end. What he said was going to happen (and when) is when it happened. He was always helpful with answering questions in a way that was understandable and was always treated me respectfully. He constantly updated me and nearly didn't have to go out of my way to get updates - he would just call (in fact - he did call to update minutes before I was going to call him). Rates were what was reasonable and the service exceptional. I don't think I could have been happier with the entire experience, once again.

  Michael Xavier and the team at West Coast Mortgage Group, Sacramento were wonderful to work with! Michael was there for us every step of the way on our recent home re-fi process. He was in constant contact, answering all of our questions and advising us of what to expect at each stage of the process. The whole procedure from start to finish was seamless and so quick, we couldn't believe it! Jeff and I would have no hesitation in recommending West Coast Mortgage Group.

  Highly Recommended! I have used Robert and Co for the last couple of years in home refi and purchasing needs. He's come through for me every single time. This last time we used him, we refinanced, 30 days later, we decided to sell our home and buy a new one. We originally had an agreement with a builder and unfortunately they could not deliver us the house based on the day we needed to move out from our existing home which sold in a week. Quickly found a new home and had less than 30 days to move out. Talk about stress! Reached out to Rob and asked him if he could close out the deal in less than 30 days. Boy did he deliver! We closed in less than 21 days!! I highly recommend West Coast Mortgage. They really listen and care about your needs. They will always always be my first choice as long as I have motgage needs.

  Michael Bucella was fantastic - super hardworking! He was the 3rd broker we tried and the only one to stick with us and make it work. Professional and responsive, and loans in the time of Covid are not easy!

  5 star experience from West Coast Mortgage Group! I was able to purchase my new house in River Park with the best Mortgage Lender Agent Aisha Browe and amazing Real Estate Agent Diana Bolton. Mortgage Lender Aisha was awesome with over 30 years of experience! Aisha was on top of the mortgage at every step of the way and informed me through texts, emails or phone calls to explain the process and what was happening and made sure I understood the terms and process and costs. Aisha worked so fast and efficient that we closed in 17 days! She also got me the lowest rate of 4% at 30 years fixed. No matter what time of day or night, Aisha was always available to talk and keep me informed and re-explain things to me again if I had forgotten. Aisha's experience was the difference and made it possible to close so fast. I would like to thank her again for her incredible work to help us buy this rebuilt home in fantastic River Park. I would highly recommend her to any friend or family member as I know she would do her very best to help give them the best mortgage. Thank you Aisha!

  If I could give higher than a Five Star Rating, I would! Rob and his team are simply outstanding. It is so refreshing to work with a mortgage company that every single employee is the consummate professional. My husband and I in our 32 years of marriage have purchased six homes. We used West Coast Mortgage for the first time almost two years ago so when we recently decided to purchase our Florida retirement home, I knew who we could trust with our mortgage transaction. Thankfully, West Coast Mortgage is licensed in 9 states including Florida. West Coast Mortgage makes the normally stressful lending process quite manageable plus they are so accommodating. Also, my husband and I are both USAF veterans and they are well versed in handling VA and conventional loans.
