  I was shopping around for lenders several months before the purchase of the property, I needed the loan to close fast after the offer was accepted , and I wanted the best rate and terms possible. I called many lenders, and was impressed with Kathleen Beck's calm and thorough answers to all my questions. I had actually told Kathleen that I had decided on another lender, and she was very understanding. When things did not work out with the other lender I called Kathleen. We closed the loan in 25 days with a great rate, and better terms then she had quoted! When I informed my title company that Kathleen was my loan officer the title company mentioned that I was lucky to be working with Kathleen, and that they had always liked working with her. During the loan process we needed to modify the purchase agreement and Kathleen facilitated this with ease. Kathleen is very patient, and seems to really care about her clients' interests. I recommend her with confidence.

  I am so lucky to have found Kathleen Beck. I recently refinanced my mortgage through Kathleen. She was awesome. What I liked best about her is that you actually speak directly with Kathleen not with an assistant. She answered EVERY question I had in a timely fashion. She returned my calls the day I called her. She truly is the best. I have worked with many lenders and I have never experienced the type of customer service that Kathleen provided to me. She was able to get my refinance done in three weeks. She is my lender for life!

  Kathleen is awesome and she held my hand when I bought my house five years ago.   She is the greatest when you want somebody on your side fighting for you to get you qualified for a loan and a good loan with a low-interest rate. Kathleen will go the extra mile for you when it comes to fixing something on your credit report so that it looks clean. She will fight hard and will work with any realtor when it comes to buying a house. My husband and I both appreciated the hard work she did for us and she will do the same for you if you let her.
