  Matt Yu and his team are life savers! I’m a real estate agent and was representing a Seller when I had the pleasure of working with Matt. The lender the Buyer was originally working with was unable to close the loan after repeatedly assuring all parties involved that it wouldn’t be a problem. Fast forward 50 days, the Buyers were in jeopardy of losing $48,000 due to their original lenders poor guidance and were introduced to Matt. Within 7 days of meeting Matt, he got the loan closed. He did everything he promised and provided multiple updates daily. I highly suggest Matt and welcome the next opportunity to work with him!
