  Dan at Westcal really knows what he's doing and will get you the best rate possible. He and Diana will respond quickly, take the time to explain exactly what to expect, and make it as easy as possible for you to obtain your mortgage or refi. We got a refi from Westcal in 2017, and I recently called Dan about another possible refi or mortgage, neither of which did I end up needing. But in spite of my hemming and hawing, he was just as patient and thorough as if it was a sure thing for him. You will not be disappointed in Westcal Mortgage!!

  Just bought my first place. I was terrified, having no clue what I was doing. Dan made the whole process go smoothly. He was so easy to talk to and willing and available to answer any questions. Diana helped me get all my paperwork in order and submitted on time. It is so nice to go through this process with people who treat you so well!

  Dan the man! I work with many people in this industry and what separates Dan is the honesty, integrity, and loyalty of his partnership. He is extremely thorough in his work and will find a way to help his client no matter the circumstance- even when others cannot! Dan is consistent in his communication and always available to his clients.   I trust Dan Eichhorn of West-Cal Mortgage. Here's why. This is my second time working with Dan. In each case the numbers I got from him were better than his competitors. Over time I’ve saved quite a bit of money. In each instance I spoke with other people just to cover my bases. In my recent ReFi I got pretty far along with another company who’s representative seemed knowledgeable, but there was a big problem. On top of not being quite as good on the money aspect of things her company policy would not allow time for my attorney to review the 256-page loan doc prior to signing. She said the 3-day right of rescission period would have to suffice for review. That was a big red flag. Dan said an attorney review would be no problem and he delivered without making me feel I was asking for something out of bounds. He and his assistant Robin worked hard. When the appraiser would not crawl under my house to photograph the crawl space (a req of FHA loan appraisals) Robin spent all morning calling contractors to do a quick visit due to a time constraint. When the appraisal came in low Dan helped me challenge the low figure and it was raised. Dan was there for me at each step. He really helped and I appreciate it.

  Dan and his office were very helpful with a difficult re-fi, walking me through and holding my hand with some obvious-to-some but confusing-to-me questions. He also fought for me with the lender, and I ended up with a great rate.
