  Great service at the Sebastopol branch this week. The Manager came out to serve me when the teller was helping another customer; clarified all my questions in a friendly and understanding manner. Not my regular branch and I’ve always had great service there, especially from her (name? Wears GREAT silver jewelry!) She’s an awesome professional. Also, when my debit account was recently hacked CFCU contacted me immediately and SEAMLESSLY took care of it. The charges were reimbursed quickly to my account, new card arrived in the mail within days. As for the past 15+ years as a member, I LOVE CFCU! Thank you all immensely

  Dawn Leandro was outstanding during the process with our refi. She constantly was in communication with my wife and I and would respond to text, email, and phone calls in a timely manner. She was very helpful and informative through the whole process. I have already referred friends and family to Dawn and will refer more in the future.

  Loved loved loved Michelle! She was super helpful and rushed through our loan and was patient with the extra crunch time we put on her. Always smiling the whole way. The only thing I would change that was in no way a reflection on Michelle was the fear based-dignity robbing covid practices that are plastered all over the building, website and phone system. We all care about our fellow humans and for some of us that means sharing a full smile. How we express compassion is diverse and should not be decided by banks or governments. These things matter going forward and will impact where I spend. Denying service to those who feel unsafe in masks is discrimination. Hopefully Community First shifts soon to reflect a more inclusive and tolerant way. Looking forward to more dignified experience going forward.

  Dawn Leandro was fabulous. She was responsive to all of my questions. The whole refinance process went smoothly with none of the headaches that you hear about from other people. I would highly recommend to contact her if you are looking to refinance.

  We requested a total refi with cash out in early April amongst all the caos going on. Dawn was so efficient and helped us with every question or concern we had in a very timely fashion. We signed loan docs today! I would highly recommend Dawn and Community First Credit Union for any and all banking needs. We searched before making our decision to go with CFC U.
