      So I actually spoke to a amazing nice young Gentlemen named Joshua Fields. I believe he does not work at this location...I'm not sure I spoke to him through Wells Fargo Customer Service. He was so amazing and he was so polite. This is the type of people who make me a customer. Thank you so much Joshua Fields for being you! If you read this and he doesn't work at your location please let someone from corporate know because he really should get great recognition he truly was so sweet even if nothing turned out in my favor.

      What the heck? I need to order Canadian money and I have called every Wells Fargo bank near me. Every one has a recording that says they are no longer receiving phone calls. I have to get in the car in 110 degree heat and drive all the way down there just to find out IF I can order foreign currency from them. That customer service stinks. Wells fargo has screwed so many people over that you would think they would want to make up for their deficit in better customer service! I have been thinking of closing out my accounts there. Here is a good reason.

      I can withdraw my own money without having to go inside! Really? I think I looked to suspicious to the teller.!

      This branch won't answer the phone while "protecting" me from a large deposit the issuing bank has cleared. Oh no whatever will I do with MY money in my account. Absolutely trash with small business customer service. Go bank somewhere else.

      Worst Wells Fargo in East Mesa for customer service! We have 9 accounts with Wells Fargo and today I recieved less than stellar service in the drive through. This is absolutely not the only time either as this bank is the closest to our home and business but we choose to drive over 10 mins on a daily basis normally to go to a better branch. The teller was short with responses and made me wait an extra 15 mins while she helped someone else in the middle of my transactions. Because I had found one more deposit while she was working on the other 2 I had already given her. Apparently that means she should stop helping us and help someone else. If they would prefer I come inside with FOUR kids screaming and fighting in the back seat they could have just said that. Although I'm pretty sure they prefer we dont come in lol. Honestly tho I think bad customer service may actually be an Arizona thing. In the midwest you get fired for that sort of bad service and attitudes. Need to work on this! The Power and Broadway could teach this one how to be better!!

      This bank has the laziest employees I have ever seen. THEY STAND AROUND DOING NOTHING as the customers wait in line for service. No wonder this bank is in trouble. DO NOT BANK AT THIS BRANCH....better yet.....DO NOT BANK AT WELLS FARGO. Moving my account out!!
