  5/5 stars. The location is great. The staff has always been sweet and personable. They are practically family! I have been going to this location for the past 6 years and each of the branch managers in that time period have been wonderful, such as Kyle, Katelyn and the current one Danielle! I look forward to opening a home loan in the near future with them!

  I bank here, I have never heard of a bank closing at 4 o'clock!! most people get off at 5. their hours are horrible. pretty useless for me! But I do have to say the people that work there are super nice!

  My wife and I banked at Regions for over a decade. Primarily using the Cool Springs location. Nothing against anyone in that location, it's just that when buying a house, re-fi, car loans, other loans.... The interest was always higher or they wouldn't do the loan. We didn't do any of our projects or major purchases through Regions. Ultimately we decided to close down all our accounts, I wasn't too surprised when I said "I'm closing everything down." Not so much as a "why" or "is there something I can do." Just "ok, here's your money, you're closed out." Simply never had any luck with Regions.

  I Try to do a transaction at this branch , the nice teller was a sweet lady but she couldn't figure out how to do it , when I asked for the branch manager she told me that David Morton (branch manager ) didn't know how to do a transaction using Western Union , I am a customer of Regions with a bank account and I made my payments on a loan always on time , not been able to do a simple money transfer is very disappointing at Malory ln , Brentwood branch.

  Come here almost daily for business, tellers are always helpful and fast, even when I rush in 10 minutes to close. They make something routine a bright point in my day!
