      Worst Wells Fargo branch on the planet! Terrible employees and zero concern for their customers. Don't waste your time going to this bank location.

      Always a bad experience. You can no longer do banking on your lunch hour. Not when they consistently only have one teller. Walk in and see 3 people in line.. you're there at least 20 min. I have stood in line for 40 minutes. It's ridiculous.

      I came to Wells Fargo to open a new account for my daughter. They're were no bankers and only 1 teller. However, Makiyah or should I say Super Makiyah? She greeted everyone that walked through the door, she answered everyone's questions with great knowledge and clarity; as well as assisted my daughter with opening an account online. The 5 stars is for Makiyah and the Teller.

      Service from Ms.Henry and branch manager Ms.Maziel was horrible. Completely disappointed in Wells Fargo after my encounter at this branch.

      This has got to be the worst Wells Fargo I’ve ever been to. They should not allow transactions through the drive through that are going to take a long time. I am a local business manager and when I have to make bank runs I have to schedule to be gone a long time due to the drive through taking so long.

      My card got stuck in the ATM and Mazil and Henry refused to return the card. Now I'm without any way to purchase groceries

      Staff is courteous and fast. I only waited maybe 5 min to see a banker. Courtney was very helpful and resolved my issues with my card quickly, even checked my account to make sure I was on the best one . A few updates later I was all caught up and on my way. This is why I've been with WF for so long. Unbeatable service.

      I took my son in today to start his checking and had a great experience. Mr. Antoine Jackson was awesome, very professional and we couldn't ask for anything more. I wasn't sure of which bank to take my son to but I am very happy that we went to Wells Fargo Bank. I do not currently bank with them but am thinking about it after this. 100!!!!

      Service here is always very difficult, and stressful. I come in to make a deposit into my account "no cash back" just straight deposit and I'm treated like I am a criminal. I have all information that is needed on the back of the check, "name on the account, account number, as well as I insert my debt card in at the teller counter entering my PIN #". Its not like I am asking for cash back from "My Own Account", but still must I be treated this way just to deposit a check into my own account? Customer service and wait time in the line here at this location is horrible, stressful, and unpleasant.
