Carlos Olivo1My complaint is not necessarily with this specific location but with Bank Of America itself. My debit card was fraudulently used to the tune of $2500, consisting of over 20 fraudulent transactions and Bank of America did absolutely nothing for me. I have been a customer since 2002!!! How am I suppossed to stay with a bank that doesn't protect my money. Bank of America is terrible and there Fraud Department is an absolute joke. DO NOT BANK WITH BANK OF AMERICA!!!!!

Rodrucus Ross1Ryan very rude at this location. They said my ID was fake because it was a out of state ID. I went to another location with no problems. The branch manager at the other location was nice., she said I should had called the police to check my ID.

Wanza Davis1This absolutely the worst bank. Yet again on Saturday the drive thrus are closed and only two tellers working. Very inefficiently I might add. We where there almost an hour and a half to make a deposit. This is consistent with this location. If you live in Hiram I would suggest using a different bank completely if you don't like spending over an hour in line any time you need to do in person banking. They should really just close the location.

Daniel Norton1Dealt with 3 different employees, all very rude and acted like they couldnt care less what I needed resolved. No one offered solutions, suggestions nor were they willing to even make a phone call to fix the issue. Waited in line twice for a total of 40 minutes only leave with nothing resolved.

staisha wade1I received the worst service ever. My card was misplaced yesterday so I scheduled an apt with this branch for today at 12:30. I scheduled for that time because it was my lunch break and the only time I would be able to receive a temporary card. I'm going out of town for my uncle's funeral so it was absolutely imperative I receive my replacement card today. I work at a dental office so I'm not able to go before or after work. I called about 20 minutes before to confirm they had record of my appointment. I was told they saw my appointment and I would be seen. When I arrived at 12:30 and told the representative I had a scheduled appointment; but I was told someone was already with my banker and I would have to wait 15 minutes. Even though that was inconvenient I did not complain. Once the representative told me the wait was 15mins the woman who should have been helping me told him that the wait was actually 45 minutes. That was my entire lunch break. I felt so frustrated. They completely disregarded my scheduled appointment and put me in a very bad situation. I'm going through a time that is already stressful enough and Bank Of America made it worst with such incompetence and unprofessionalism. I will be closing my account and switching banks next week. If I could give them zero stars I would. They do not care about their customers.

C. M.1A waste of time!! They have no drive up, gotta go inside to stay in a LONG LINE to make a simple transaction. I don't bank here, I have WF, but my out of town workers do and I was forced to make a deposit ... I stormed out of there. Trying to look for all the damn info they ask for in the deposit slip is ridiculous. All they need is an account number and I gave it to the teller But no. I need a slip . I don't think so. Not gonna spend all that time for a simple deposit. I'll send it priority mail next time or they can change banks. I don't want to set foot inside a branch for a simple deposit.

Dalton Denman (The Dalto)1Ruined my credit score by declining a credit card when I have a 700 + credit score.. They made me wait 2 hours to even talk to a representative. Trashy service, the lady whom took care of my application was texting her boyfriend or something in front of me while doing it.. I've been banking with Wells Fargo for 8 years I guess Bank of America doesn't want my service. Trash just trash. Thought they had a lot of benefits but clearly it comes with a lot of cons

Maggie Searles1Rude drive-thru. Making a deposit of 1500.00 this morning and was asked didn't I know I could go thru ATM. Really?? Of course I do. Sorry to bother you this morning teller lady. I just did it feel comfortable putting a large sum of cash into the machine. When she came back to the window, she was much nicer, but a little too late. I never complain, and have never left a review for anything negative. But seriously, Bank of America, please do a customer service seminar soon.

Laura Over1Like most, I post reviews when I am either wowed or very disappointed with service. I somehow manage to often get the same teller when I go to this location. I hope that a manager sees this review so they can work with the older blonde teller at this location. She consistently gives terrible customer service! Never smiles, always appears to be annoyed by customers and her job in general. We are moving out of the area so I will no longer have to use this location for my banking needs but I felt compelled to write this based on the lack of customer service I received today at this location.

Mandy Bell1The manager Carolina is rude! It's funny she gave herself 5 stars down below for her establishment! I work with many banks around Atlanta and this women is racist and runs a horrible ship! More people sitting at desk then helping people in line! She scolds employee's in front of people when all they are trying to do is keep the line moving because you do not have enough people running what matters! You are the only "Manager" that puts their self out there like you do! Awful customer service!
