  Tried to open a business account here. Had to wait for the rep Debra even though I had an appointment and no one was ahead of me. Instead of explaining the different checking accounts and which one would be beneficial to me, I was just told to 'check the website and tell me which one you want'. What kind of service is that? I explained that I was opening a new business so I needed to find out which one would be best. It was like talking to the wall. The rest of the appointment went downhill. This bank did now know the difference between an owner and an organizer of a business so I could not open my account. So after she loudly barked at me about how the registered agent set up the account wrong, I was told to come back to try again. I won't be. Another bank knew how to confirm the owner of a business and I was welcomed there. Bye Chase!!

  We were scheduled to have a meeting with chase bank on highway 5 location but the bank wasn’t open when we showed up so we came out to chase bank in Hiram. They were so helpful and nice. The guys in the front were awesome and thank you Mrs Debra E for saving the day. She took great care of us!

  Made an appointment weeks ago (the sooner available) to quickly sign a few documents for an account that has to be done in person. Morning of get an email that the person meeting with us actually won’t be there, but another manager can help. Got there 2 minutes after the start time due to taking care of something with one of our children before. We are told to wait a minute, he’s with another patron for a minute. Sit and wait for 45 minutes with a 4-year-old running around, before we go in and sign everything in a few minutes. He ends the conversation by telling us that because we were a couple of minutes late, that’s why we waited so long and doesn’t simple apologize for the wait and the fact that the employee we were supposed to meet didn’t even come in that day. Truly lovely way to treat patrons, ending a patient wait on our part with an insult. Won’t go back here again.

  CHASE has gone down as a service institution. Covids over, answer the phone. Difficult to get any answers from them. No one seems to know how to give answers. My brokerage and checking will be moved.

  I wish that I could give this Chase branch 0 stars. The ATM machines are always broken, and there is hardly any one to assist with the drive thru teller lines. You would either have to go into this branch early in the morning to use the ATM machine inside (if it is available to dispense cash, or accept deposits), or you would have to be one of the lucky ones who are able to actually use the ATM machine outside when it is able to accept deposits or dispenses cash.

  Just left this branch and Gloria Williams the alleged Branch manager says my active business couldn’t open a account. Basically they want me to pay my dues before they are due. Gloria called my phone the day before as a business owner I don’t have time to waste I don’t appreciate Chase forcing me to do something when my dues aren’t due yet this is a violation and force of rights. Regions gladly took my business down the street.

  Waited a hour outside while it was hot to be called and told they are ready to assist me. I took 5-10 mins looking for my driver's license i proceed to walk in for get done what had to get done and they tell me unfortunately since I wasn't there when they called they had to put me back on the list !! If I could give no stars I would. Horrible bank Will be closing my account as soon as I go to another branch

  My husband called in advanced to see if we needed to make an appointment for creating a joint account. They didn’t recommend it. My husband and I waited 30 minutes to be taken to a desk where we were left alone. Nobody came over to check on us or inform us how much longer it would be. We left after 10+ minutes. As a banking establishment they should be very embarrassed.

  The Chase Bank in Paulding County is wonderful. They’ve always been very helpful and friendly. They’ve always helped me with any problems or questions. I have only good things to say about them.

  I came twice to this location to open up a checking account with a large amount of money I had been saving and had taken out of my BOA account. The first time they told me it was a 30 min wait and that there was another customer in front of me. I came the next day and was next in line but after more than 20 mins waiting, another couple came in claiming they had an appointment and I would have to wait. They only had one person in the office to take customers. They are saving money on employees but losing money on new customers. I doesnt make any sense why tellers arent authorized to perform that duty as well. I guess Chase doesn't want my money or my business so I will be going to a local credit union instead.
