  Omg this place is the best !! I needed money help with furniture for my new place !! Run there now you will get your approval quick ! Michelle was so pleasant !! Michelle sits right by the door so as soon as I walked in she made me feel welcomed !! Her smile & outgoing spirit is just contagious!!! Ms. Ana was a great help as well . I left there with extra money & I was able to get my mom a referral there as well !! Make sure you go to the Hiram location !! You will love it !! Thanks 1st Franklin !!

  I just want to thank Michelle, Jordan, Vickie, and Ana for being so patient with me and working to get me in the office. It was close to closing time and all of them treated me as it I was their 1st customer of the day. I had relocated and needed to transfer and renew my loan from one location to another. All of the ladies worked together to make sure I was taken care of. No matter who answered the phone, they all treated me well and gave great customer service. When I arrived, it was a team effort to make sure I was taken care of. Thank you ladies for being professional, fun during my wait, and giving me great customer service.

  I have been dealing with 1st Franklin in Hiram for many years. Vickie and her team are wonderful to work with. They all know my family and have watched my children grow. I plan to continue my business with them as long as I need to. Hopefully my family will too... Thanks yall.

  I received a loan and the customer service was great. They were very helpful in my time of need. However, for a renewal of the loan they will run your credit report which I find unnecessary if you are a good paying customer. Secondly, I paid my loan off early so it has not been reported as of yet to the credit agencies. I have two stars because it takes too long to report to credit agencies and they have to run your credit for a renewal. I am in a good place now financially and I plan to keep it that way so I will not have to borrow any monies from no loan company.

We report credit information to the bureaus on a monthly basis, so your report should be updated within thirty days post-payoff. It is our policy to require a credit check for renewals, to determine the applicant's current ability to repay the debt and to formulate appropriate repayment terms based on your budget.   I've used them for many years. They have always come through for me. The staff is super friendly and I always have fun visiting them. I make suggestions all the time on how to improve their service. i.e. better pens to hand out. LOL.
