  Friendly branch. Helped by Alexis and Jonathan on a transfer and they were so professional. Speedy service and very attentive to my needs. This is a great branch.

  I've had this same checking account through multiple bank acquisitions: Meridian, First Union, Core States and then unfortunately, Wells Fargo. The other banks that preceded Wells Fargo treated their customers with dignity and respect and I never had a problem with them. EVER. Before the giant fiasco that destroyed Wells Fargo's reputation, I was victimized by a opportunistic bank employee at this branch who in his sheer greed at getting a commission, signed me up for their Enhanced Theft Protection Program. Ironic, since they essentially robbed ME! I cancelled that BS shortly after, but NOW I do NOT trust anyone at Wells Fargo in Gibbsboro, NJ and will ONLY bank online, by phone or use their ATM! That's it! I will NOT go inside their branch and get attacked by crazed vultures again!! Once my credit card balance is paid down, I'll be switching banks! That day can't come soon enough!!

  pretty incompetent people there. Was told I had a conterfeit once and instead of saying, I'm sorry (that you just got robbed), the girl practically laughed about it (like saying, "sucks to be you." Also, I believe tellers may have been lifting ten dollar bills from me here and there when I did deposits in the drive through. Those girls have suspiciously been "promoted" and otherwise are no longer there.

  I came in with a lot of transactions to do, more than 1 person would be expected to deal with at once. They handled this with a smile, and thanked ME for my patience, even though MY backlog of business transactions was the reason things took a little while. Great service 👍👍

  Would not recommend. Had one teller helping people while another was on the computer looking at food recipes. The ATM has been broken for days now as well.
