  I've never had any problems with that bank including the previous iteration of Wachovia and whatever it was before that too... The other Wells Fargo further down the road in town is good also, again never a problem with them.

  So the last couple of days I’ve had bad experiences with Wells Fargo customer service and also at 2 other branches because something bad happened that overdrafted one of my acts severely. My stimulus check was linked to that acct and the whole check was gone. No one cared to help me at all. They just kept dragging me around between different departments on the phone and the 2 branches I went to were very rude and didn’t even bother to help. But Samantha at this branch made it her priority to help me. I spoke with her yesterday and by today she made sure I got my money. She reached out to me 3 times to fix this matter. It was done before my appointment with her I didn’t even have to go into the bank. She is a blessing. I rarely write reviews but this is definitely called for. Thank you Samantha!

  The people that work at this bank are very friendly, helpful and patient. I highly recommend this bank. This bank is not the closest to our home but definitely worth the drive.
