  Mercedes was fabulous! She was thorough, knowledgeable and was a pleasure to work with. We purchased a new build while we were living out of town and Mercedes was willing to go to the house and check on progress for us throughout the building process. She was our eyes when we weren’t able to be there. She was even kind enough to follow up with us after we closed and moved into the home to make sure everything was going well and offered her assistance if we needed it. She was an overall pleasure to work with and I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for an agent.

  We purchased a home two years ago. Dianna Miguel was our agent. We were relocating from Marion County and both myself and husband had long work hours. But Dianna was more than accommodating to our schedules. She is quick to respond, extremely knowledgeable about the area and market trends, and has an upbeat, positive, friendly personality that makes the home buying experience less stressful. She will advocate for you but also be real with you, which is a difficult balance to maintain. Our relationship with Dianna did not end at closing. She has referred us to some of the great businesses in the area and has called to check on us a few times.

  As others have shared recently, Christi was spectacular during the sale of our home. We hired her back in late Feb / early March 2017. She was very thorough in researching the local market and advised us on the strategy and pricing to sell our home. The strategy worked flawlessly. After staging the home and some great photography work, we had 8 visits in two days. Three offers on day one and two more on day two. By day three we were under contract. Closed around 30 days after. Couldn't have been more pleased with the level of service and experience that Christi and her team provided us..

  Love my realtor, Christi Charpia! She listened to our needs and found us the perfect place. She was excellent at staying in touch with us weekly (sometimes daily) until we found "the one" and worked diligently to help us attain it. There were some unusual issues during the process, however Christi was extremely professional, educated and determined to hold our hand every step of the way. If you are looking for a hands-on realtor and someone who will look out for you, I highly recommend Christi.

  Ryan Heitman was totally on the same page as us while we were looking for a home. He showed us homes that we liked, that fit in our budget, not homes that he wanted to sell us. For us that was priceless. He not only found us the home that we live in today, but he has become a good friend. That’s what the meaning of realtor is all about in my book.

  Hypocrites, I was forced to wear a mask while the employees didn't have to. If I could give a 0 I would. Go to Watson they are more professional.
