  I have to give a huge shout out to Anna !!!! She is amazing and always there to help when we need her. She helped ease my nerves recently when I was out of state and worried that I wouldn’t have access to money, she always asks about my daughter and we just love her ❤️ Additions is lucky to have her !!

  Did a refinance on my 2019 pick up. I was working with Laura Q. she was absolutely awesome to work with. From the first phone call to last phone call. She explained everything to me and answered all my questions. Laura was quick to return calls and reply to emails. Laura made the entire processes flawless and got me a awesome rate too. Very Pleased with the with everything!

  I recently decided to go with my bank for a loan. So I recently had a representative by the name of Laura A Ousley. She fully understood my needs and helped me with more than what I expected treated me with kind and respect. The whole process went smooth and fast. The kind of service that's hard to come by.   Robert was a great help. He was patient and took the time to figure out the issue with my account and sent me to Dartavaious who finished helping me rectify the issues i was having . Together they made me a very happy customer
