  If you like consistency and truth, don’t bank here. Their no overdraft feature is a lie, their tellers are impatient and rude. My money disappears (I have nothing linked to it), then magically comes back. It’s just a terrible bank full of people that have no idea what they’re doing. Thanks for making my banking experience terrible McCoy.

  If you value your credit do not bank with Mccoy. The app is horrible and so difficult to pay your credit card or auto loans. I had to call in and pay it, which I finally did after trying for weeks to pay online, and then they didn't post it for 4 days which gave me late fees and possibly a late payment on my credit (currently disputing). Also, sat on hold forever trying to reach someone. Bad experience with a credit union that originally I was excited to deal with since they are so close to me.

  I had a great experience at this bank. It has a very personal touch to it and I highly recommend it if you are looking for a solid bank.

  My Sister and I joined the Mc Coy federal credit union I was very impressed with all the services they provide Glenroy Nicholas helped us to get signed up and did a great job informing us on all the services the bank provides. He was very proud of the bank he worked for which is a rarity now days but very reassuring. If I could give him 10 stars I would.

  Been a lot of years since I had a bank account, so I was nervous to go open one, but when I walked in it was a super inviting environment, the staff was wonderful! The teller helped me with my account number and deposit( because I had set everything else up online!)The bank manager answered any/ all questions I had with out making me feel small! It was nice!

  For loan purpose I don't recommend. Too much guidelines and behind the scenes beaucracy. They take too long to provide any decisions. Bad response time and customer service in the overall loan process. From the time the application is submitted to to underwriting review take too long and is tedious. I do not recommend.

  We apologize if you found our loan process lacking, we usually hear the opposite from members getting a loan. Based on the amount of 5 star reviews we receive, they rank us high for quick decisioning (we are local and make all decisions here), customer service, and our great rates.   Glen came out and greeted me as soon as I entered the lobby. He helped me with all of my needs and was very professional. Enjoyed the whole experience and opened new accounts. Looking forward to doing business there.

  I went to McCoy Federal Credit Union on 50 hwy in Clermont to open up a checking and saving account and Jose Marqueda helped me out. He had an answer to every question I had, he was very professional, charismatic, knowledgeable and patient. Thank you José

  I love the fact that when you enter the premises they welcome you with a smile and by name, its like an extended family. Glenn (bank manager), Lilianna (may have her name wrong in which case I apologize), Joanne, Jose, and two other lovely ladies whose names escape me at the moment (please forgive me) are just such a pleasure to do business with. They all go above and beyond for their clients and that to me means alot. I would highly recommend the Clermont Branch of McCoy Federal Credit Union. However, it would be beneficial if McCoy Federal Credit Union would in the Leesburg, Fruitland Park, Lady Lake and The Villages area. McCoy would do well in any one of those locations. It is a bit of a drive from Leesburg to Clermont for seniors. Please build a facility out this way. Thank ya'll for the services you provide. Keep up the good work Clermont as you guys are alot more professional and personable than the other branches south of you, and I have been to them all. Goldie aka Cg
