      Honestly probably has the nicest staff of any Wells Fargo I've ever been to. And better then a lot of the other banks in the area. I wish the other Wells Fargo in the area were as friendly as the staff here is.

      Cashier was very pleasant and usually good service; but, the building smells stinky & old inside. Walked in and it wasn't busy at all. There's no reason someone in house, could not accomidate me with an appointment without me having to phone in, or go to lap top. I'm so, tired of covid being an excuse for poor customer service. Please, serve with excellence, please....

      The sleeve tatted employee at this branch messed me up with my order for a replacement card. I completed the new order inside this branch at the end of August (only customer inside at the time). Today, I still don't have my card. Why??? Because she did not include the ONE DETAIL I told her was missing from my confirmation screen (my apartment number). I called Wells Fargo Customer Service this am. They decided to report it "lost" again although I never received it AND the new card they are expediting WILL HAVE A DIFFERENT NUMBER!! Thanks a bunch. Now I have to change that information on everything associated with autopay, etc. This has cost me more time and inconvenience than it ever should. That employee was five star friendly at ignoring me about one very specific detail when I brought to her attention that the shipping address was incomplete.I wouldn't recommend letting anyone other than the ATM handle any transactions at this branch.

      I have had one of the worst weeks ever. Not only did they take care of my problems when no one else would but they were extremely nice and went above and beyond. Thank you for taking care of the customer.

      I’m on the phone outside the branch, I ask for a letter with my name acct number routing number on Wells Fargo letter head. I’m told to go thru the drive thru. What!!! Just print and give to me or email it, they can help you in drive thru. Get in drive thru tell them what I need, I’m told to go online with a desktop or laptop login and request direct deposit letter. I say you can’t do it here now and send to me, they say they’re trying to promote ppl to use the app, but I’m right here I need it for my job. We’re trying not to do what person to person cause of social distancing. Unreal, they’re lazy and have no courtesy for working customers. The worst yet

      I do not go into banks very often so when I do I expect them to handle my needs. They did a very good job here and the lady was very friendly to help us out with everything we needed. They also helped us order a bunch of dollar coins for a work activity.

      I went to this location because it was close to work. I went in to get something notarized. I sat in the waiting area and was just ignored. I decided to walk out after 15 minutes of employees walking by and going in and out of their offices. I'll just stick to the branch near my house where the manager comes out and greets people within 2 minutes of them arriving in the lobby.

      It was necessary for me to meet with a banker twice to complete my business with Wells Fargo. Both times my banker Ms. Francis was outstanding and the teller was great as well.

      Awful there complete morons all I asked was to cash and deposit a Wells Fargo check on Friday. But instead of cashing them depositing they just deposited the check so I had to wait until not Saturday, not Sunday but Monday to access my money. I usually say cash then deposit because the money is available immediately smh

      This might sound like an odd thing to save but I absolutely love this branch. The girls here are so sweet & helpful. I lived in Portsmouth & would drive here to bacnk because of how wonderful the people are. I still drive from Norfolk & will continue to.
