  I would not deal with this company. They string you along with false promises and hot air. I signed my final documents and sent them to the owners (Dennis Love) which is alias his real name is Dennis Dahlberg which is an vacation home per his request. Then when I followed up it turned out he never went there. Didn't have the curtesy to let me know. I have two small children under 3 and one with special needs. If they aren't going to make the loan that they committed to on paper have the decency to tell people so they may consider other options. I've been following up with him for 2 weeks and not had a single returned phone call. Many promises of returned calls and status updates but never received a single one. Very poor professionalism and customer service. After letting him know I was going to give him a bad review he let me know he wasn't doing the loan after 30 days or wasting my time and money. I was told he hurt his knee and he can no longer assist with the financing. I had to incur additional costs due to the financing falling through. Its been a nightmare. Dealing with ( Dennis Love) fake name real name is Dennis Dahlberg was the worst experience I have ever had in 21 years of borrowing.

  I was working with a hard money lender (OF) for the past ten days. 24 hours before my loan was suppose to close they called me and told me they were lowering my loan amount by 15%. I called Mark G at Level 4 Funding and told him the situation. I sent him the contract in the morning and by 2 pm that same day he said they could loan 85% of the purchase price.   I have a friend that was having trouble getting a loan in phoenix for a house he wanted to buy. I know a few people who have got a fast loan at a very good rate from Level 4 Funding so I told my friend to call them. My friend called me back and said that he had been trying to get a loan for over two months and could not get funded anywhere but in about a week Level 4 Funding had him a loan. He also said, that the guy who helped him was Dennis. He said Dennis was very good and efficient to work with and got him a much better loan than my friend was trying to get at other companies. After hearing, the good things about this company, I think they are on top of their game. I will keep recommending people I know in Arizona to level 4 Funding. - Rick Richard

  [October 25, 2018] By far one of the worst experiences I've had with any lender in the real estate business. As a realtor, my client chose this company and I would never recommend them to anyone seeking a hard money loan. Moreover, my client had excellent credit, DTI was rock solid, and plenty of cash.. yet this company repeatedly made numerous unfulfilled promises in terms or rates and down payment to the point they nearly jeopardized our clients earnest deposit by not performing.. End state [as I could write a book on how terrible this company is for lending,] I would stay far away from this company and look for other reputable sources for private equity when seeking to make hard asset purchases.. As my client is beyond upset on how awful this experience was with this lender//

  I cannot find you or your client in our files.. are you sure you have the correct company? We don't look at DTI, or credit. we are a commercial non consumer lender. We don't do consumer lending. Did we do a credit report on your client? This review does not make since...we would have done the deal if what you say is true. Something is missing from you comments. Can you provide more details information please. 1/29/19.. Ok I found what was going on... You are wrong..they were NOT YOUR CLIENT you were the listing agent. Correct? That is why you were not in our system. And everyone should know that this was a fast and difficult deal.... and WE DID COMPLETE THE LOAN... Mr. Long is not telling the complete truth.. He is the reason why agents have to take an ethics class every year. His comments are misleading and not telling the complete picture.. I recommend that everyone should avoid Mr. Long. He does not tell the truth.. BEWARE DANGER of MR. MATHEW LONG..

  Top notch loan broker. I worked with Mark Gowlovech, who was awesome, quick, prompt, and most importantly, delivered. I would say don't even waste your time with another broker - these folks get the deal done, period. As a lawyer, they have helped me and many of my clients with a can-do attitude, and professionalism that is unmatched. A definite recommendation.

  Working with Cole at Level 4 Funding has been a great experience. Loan was funded well in advance of closing and Cole has been very helpful and pleasant during the entire process. I would highly recommend this lender and to work with Cole. If you need funds for a fix and flip he is your guy!

  I seriously had a very unprofessional experience with Cole K. We were approved for a fix and flip loan and then told that the investor changed their mind last minute. Cole has serious anger issues and should not be allowed to deal with the public at all! We got funding elsewhere without being bullied.

  Was doing a flip in Arizona and need to find money for a home I purchased auction. They did a very good job and Mark was really helpfull putting it together in 2 days. I will give them a call next time.

  Had a difficult loan for private home mortgage and Mark was able to get it done. Some problems, it took longer than I expected and Mark seemed to be to busy, but he got it done.
